The motel has been undergoing renovations for several years now and it still is not finished. The lobby is in disarray as well as the lunch room and other areas. The luggage carts have nearly flat tires and are extremely hard to move when filled with luggage. They have been this way the last few times we have stopped here. The tv remote is ridiculous. They should at least have directions on how to use it! The staff is friendly. We will probably not be staying here on our next trip that direction.

The hotel had a big construction project going on in the lobby. The door to our room did not work well. Had to really force it to close. Two of the doors to the outside had broken door handles

Alarming visit - no thank you.
The alarm was going off. I was told it wasn't a big deal and that they were monitoring it. The pipes were frozen and the fire suppression wasn't working, which was the cause for the alarm. I didn't stay because staying in a hotel where the fire system isn't working seems like a horrible idea, and possibly not legal for the property to even be occupied. No thank you.

The room was wonderful. The staff was excellent. The reception area was under construction, but we were glad that the property was open the late evening we arrived. The staff appeared to truly be doing the best that they could.

I was definetly impressed every thing was newly updated. The front desk was very friendly and checked me in quickly and easily. And hands down the breakfast is the best ive had at any hotel I definitely recommend

Excellent Hotel!!!!
This is a great hotel and we will definitely stay here again. We stayed for Oklahoma State's Homecoming, so the hotel was about 20 minutes away; but no problem for us. Hotel was super-clean, check in was quick and the ladies in the breakfast area are fantastic. Room was bigger than we thought and the bed was very comfy!! Thumbs up!!!

The bathroom in the room I was assigned was not clean. It smelled like urine and the floor and tub looked like they had not been cleaned recently.
