Everything was decent except our room had a funky smell probably leftover food odors from people prior. It’s too bad they didn’t have windows that could open to let in some fresh air.

King room was large and comfortable. There was a bar area with fridge and microwave. Fridge had a freezer which I like to refreeze our cooler pack. Mattress was very firm. Bathroom floor wasn’t swept very well but rest of room seemed clean. There were strong air freshener smells in the room and in the lobby. Good value room for the night. I would stay again.

The price was very attractive and reasonable because it was every bit as nice as hotels that cost 2 to 2 1/2 times as much! The room had all the amenities that a much higher priced hotel has lots of towels more than most rooms. I’ve stayed in coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer everything that you would want, including an ironing board even and an iron beds were comfortable. Furniture was very comfortable, commodious, and the only thing I could even begin to criticize was that the TV was not as oversize as some rooms we’ve stayed in, but it was still good size. The place had freshly painted woodwork and hallways and smelled very fresh. It had lots of amenities like pool and work out room and business center coffee and snacks in the lobby, wood floors versus carpet in the room. It was very quiet and from what I gather was pet friendly as well, although we don’t have pets to travel with, we never heard any noise during our stay. It was very nice. And we would definitely come back. Kudos to this property.!

It is quiet and great location. Staff was friendly. When you entered into the lobby and throughout the hotel it smelled so nice.

Luggage carts were not available when I tried to Check in and had to use a laundry cart after waiting And waiting Upon check out. Breakfast could’ve at least had an apple or banana, just sugary options. No Automatic Doors for getting In and out. As a single female Older traveler it made it very difficult bringing My bike and Luggage in. Management didn’t Seem to car

This was an OK hotel. On the main road into Pensacola and the toll road to the beach which took about 25mins. The property was clean, pool looked fine but we didn't use it, just sat around it with a coffee in the morning. Not much within walking distance unless you want to buy a car, lots of car dealerships around! Not sure I'd stay here again, I'd probably find somewhere slightly closer to the beach itself but it was good for our stay.

Very nice updated room. Staff very friendly. Could use luggage racks. A bit hard to find the hotel. A better sign would help as the hotel sits back a bit off the road.

There was a bad smell inside the room. It could have been their cleaning stuff, but It was bad. And it didn't go away in the two days we stayed there.

I wish you would have let us know right away so we could have moved you. We have our entire property professionally sprayed every month, but sometimes guests bring little travelers with them. We do everything possible and you can see from our other reviews that it is very unusual.

Liked- close to the airport and on main avenue to move through town. Reasonably priced. Disliked- breakfast was only coffee, packaged pastries, muffins, and breakfast bars. There were no restaurants within walking distance.

Room was NOT cleaned well, noticed dirt and hair caked up in corners, the floor had a layer of crumbs that were getting stuck to our feet. The mirror has been broken and was patched up with a tinier mirror just glued on the corner. Walls are EXTREMELY thin. We were woken up in the middle of the night by some people upstairs getting it on and the walls were so thin that it sounded like we were in the same room. One reason we chose to stay here was that “Free Continental Breakfast” was listed as one of the amenities. :| When I tell you the “Free Continental Breakfast” was a fridge with water bottles and a sign that said “one per person” and a basket of pre packed hostess pastries and granola bars! We wanted real food! The front desk people were super nice tho we love them.

Good for the price point!!
It was very good for the price, was very happy with no carpet, put it did smell like dirty mop water unfortunately. Outdated furniture, but again very good for the price point. Bed was clean, sheets were fresh. Shower curtain was about 10” too short for the stand up shower so floor got very wet.
