My review isn’t for the property. It’s for Expedia. The worst site I’ve ever dealt with. It’s a scam. They take your money and even if you pay extra to be able to cancel if you have to they find a way to keep your money. I’d steer everyone I know away from Expedia.

Would have been nice for a few other options for breakfast, but this was a GREAT stay for us! The staff and their customer service. AWESOME!! They need to train other facilities!!

Property is located near other small hotels and restaurants. I was not able to walk there because of lack of pedestrian roads; parking relatively easy and location is safe. I didn’t like that bathroom did not have ventilation system and sink was filled with water every time I used it. The room was cool, but still humid. Breakfast was ok. Never used indoor swimming pool or computer room. Laundry facilities did not have soap for sale and had a sign on the wall “use at your own risk, no refunds provided”. I guess if it takes your coins and doesn’t work you don’t get your money back.

Overall just fine for the night. Areas of hallway carpet were in need of cleaning. Room was very nice and staff very friendly breakfast buffet was convenient and good

I have stay in many country inn and suits for business a pleasure, but I founded offensive that because I stay at a local location they requested a $200 in cash deposit. Not sure if this is even a company policy.

Nice room. Clean and comfy. I was with my son for a soccer tournament and distance to the fields was really good. Also the laundry was a plus and the indoor pool water felt good.

Was our 2nd booking for the same night. The original option was not fit for bedding cattle, so this place felt like the 4 Seasons. Tough place to get out of, but otherwise convenient to the main arteries in Pensacola. Junk fast and convenience store food options. Surprisingly good mattress. Got a much better than average hotel sleep. Good shower, good sheets, dated TV and source options. Didn’t mess with the pool or the breakfast but made note they were offered and being well utilized by other guests so seemed to be acceptable. Would do more research for cheap accommodation in Pensacola next time, but this place is good value

I only stayed for an overnight stayover but I wish I could have spent more time. The room had a hottub inside of the room. The property is very clean, smells very nice! I rested very well that night and woke up to some really good breakfast.
