"Had amazing experience"

"We had a room attendant walk into our room which was scary as he intended to clear our safe for other guests and got the room number wrong we had several thousand USD in the safe so this would of been bad if we were not in our room. Our room rate booking included free self parking but on arrival we were told parking was full and we would have to pay parking elsewhere so in the end I said not happy with this so was then told I could go into parking area and try and find a space which I did and a space found. If no parking is available a free ticket should be given to park off site elsewhere if the booking includes free parking. We enjoyed our stay though not withstanding these initial issues."

"The hotel is surrounding by the giant mountains, and next to the one mile lake. All the outdoorsy should check it out if travelling in this area. Also! They are super dog friendly, but make sure to let the hotel know in advance if you’re bring your furry friends with you. "

"Great hotel, planning on staying again in the fall. Great especially for families. Just need to get other elevator working. Careful on balconies weird stick outs, my husband smashed his head pretty good and cut it open standing up from patio chair. "
