Liked having a Balcony with a Patio. The location is convenient to almost anything you'd want or need. I gave "average" ratings because the property is older and a little worn down on the outside and definitely could use updating on the inside. I was disappointed the Pool and Spa were not working. Wish I had known that when I made my reservation. Overall it is a comfortable place to stay.

None of the ice machines were in working order. The front desk clerk was less than helpful when talking to her about the situation. When checking in, the clerk was rude when we told her we needed a 1st floor room because climbing stairs was very difficult due to a disability. She said she had already assigned a 2nd floor room and wouldn’t change it, that we should have mentioned that when booking. We had no idea there were no elevators when it was booked. We went for breakfast and none of the food served was hot. I will not recommend nor stay there again.

The lady at check-in was very kind, interacted with my little one and super helpful with places to eat. Room was large and quiet. Beds were comfortable, a little on the hard side but clean. Like that there the bed was blocked underneath so my cat couldn’t get under. Nice large patio. Would def stay again if in the area.

Clean rooms clean sheets, bed was extremely hard and seemed tilted towards the headboard. There was also about a 1” gap under the outside door, any critters could come in if they wanted. It caused the sun to come in in the morning and light up the room also. Breakfast was great and the fabulous lady that runs the breakfast area was so sweet. She was also right on top of clean up and getting anything you may need,
