On the morning of our second day our TV would not work and at 530 AM they moved our room. We ask to move later however the staff said that she was off at 6 AM and it was better to do it befor she was off. She was very polite and helpful. However the room they transfered us to was occupied. (very uncomfortable situation as we had a room key). The staff appologised (it was a computer issue not her fault). We were told that the owner would mostlikely call us when he came in later in the day and that she was suggesting a partial refund. We heard nothing from the owner. The rooms and grounds were nice, breakfast and the staff were great and I would definently stay again.

The front desk staff was extremely rude! The room was very outdated and hair was leftover on towels, on the toilet seat and bathroom counter from previous customers. The shower looked grimy and gross.

Decor is very nice, and room is comfortable. Lighting is iffy—very low lighting not conducive to reading, but romantic nevertheless. Enjoyed the quiet—patio is fun! Did not use fireplace. Loved that we could park right by front door!! Felt safe. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Haven’t had breakfast yet.

Great staff, easy to get in. Not fancy, but it is a nice clean option for Payson where the choices are limited. I’d stay here again.

Reasonable hotel for 2-nights. TV never worked during our stay, just got a blank screen. Fridge in poor condition. Room door sticks. Bed not very comfortable. Parking a bit cramped. Looked like most hotel rooms were not in use. Convenient area with supermarket and shops nearby. Also close to Payson main street.

Lovely property that is very dog friendly! Lots of grassy areas under big pines to walk. Will be happy to stay here again.

This is a comfortable place to stay with helpful and friendly staff. It is within walking distance to a sports bar/diner, a nice Mexican restaurant, 2 supermarkets and Starbucks.

This is a well-maintained motel with large trees and a back door onto the plush grassy courtyard our cat loved! A big gas grill with table, chairs and ice machine was available. Rooms had newer beds and linens. DirecTV, fridge, m/w, Keurig. A model for older motels!

One great health concern and are to improve. Black Mold over the entire ceiling in the bathroom. A poor attempt to correct the leak(s) is visible, but nothing to remediate the black mold. Breakfast, it’s ok, but it could be so much better. It’s a dysfunctional set up for a meal line in its set up. The sausage needs help, the container that hold the hot foods are not heated. The door blinds or lack the of. Many missing panels, chairs with stains. With some effort, breakfast area/prep/service could match the remainder of the Inn.

They do not have someone checking the rooms to make sure that they are clean and that all the amenities, hair dryers, etc are where they belong. Very sloppy.

Property was easy to find. Room was clean. Pool was outdoor so we didnt use it with the lower temps during our stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Our room was only partially clean. We had one shower towel in our room with no hand towels. There was a dirty coffee cup left in the bathroom. There was no comforter on our bed - only 2 sheets & 1 blanket between the sheets. Our fireplace did not work.

The fireplace didn't work properly. They said that they would either move us or fix it, and neither happened. The property is beautiful and I'm sure was once a top destination.
