Rooms are very nice; beds comfortable and you can stream from a firestick, which some hotels don't offer. Pool and spa very nice and clean, as is food service.

The room above us was extremely loud. I called the front desk twice but the noise continued until 2:00 AM. The next day we packed up and they moved our room, next to the darn room that kept us up all night. Like the night prior they rolled into their room at 10:30 and began playing the guitar and singing. Another call to the front desk after 11 the simmered down but continued to play. The combination or poor construction for separation of room sounds with a group that wanted to have fun made for a sleepless stay. Also, be aware $10 a night to park your car in the strip mall parking lot.

Only complaint is something was going on above us starting at 6:30 am. Unsure if it was another guest or construction. But the walls/ceiling were thin and it was hard to sleep with the noise

everything was great . however, the hot water for some reason was not hot enough. weather outside was 25 degree so you really look forward to a hot shower. that was not the case at this property.

I didn't like the no carpet room. It was cold and i could hear the people above me walking at midnight. It woke me up. I liked the bathroom shower and square toilet. The beds were comfortable.

Quick stop, wish we were staying longer
A super quick stop over on our way across the country. The gal at the front desk was an absolute delight, she even recommended an audiobook for our further travels. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfy. The shower had good pressure. The AC was cold. Sadly, we did not get to avail of the breakfast, which I was very much looking forward to. We had to leave before it was completely set up, but what we saw looked much better than most hotel breakfasts.

Front desk service was awful. I booked a king room and was not they were switching rooms. I was given 2 “queens” that felt like a full. I did not know until getting to my room. I asked for a refund and was denied, and told since we already went to the room it’s now unusable for another guest. I would not have gone to the room if the front desk would have told me about the change. Will never stay or recommend this hotel. Worst service I have ever received.

A gem!
This was a delightful hotel. It was clean, quiet and had all of the amenities I want/need. The staff was friendly, and it is in a great location in Kimball Junction near nice shopping, restaurants and resorts. Our room was on the back/mountain side of the hotel so it was very quiet. I am not sure if the street side of the hotel is a s quiet.

Beautiful, top of the line
Beautiful place to stay. Amenities are top notch. Came through during off-season and rate was very good. Hotel was nice & quiet. Lots of shopping & dining choices in walking distance. Would absolutely love to stay again next time traveling through SLC area.

No service in our room, even though it was “noted” at check in. We decided it was best to leave early to get ahead of this storm. Told front desk, her quick response, “we have a very strict 48 hour cancellation policy”. We weren’t asking for anything, just advising that we were trying to get home safely.
