We were on the top floor, they started roof repairs at 8:00 a.m. with pounding and other noises. We try to ignore it but at 9:00 a.m. housekeeping knocked on her door and woke us up again and wanted to see if we had checked out yet. Check out time was 11:00 a.m. so we have no idea why they were checking and we couldn't understand what they were saying anyway.

I liked the location if the property. It's off the main street which is private but convenient to get to the beaches etc. Breakfast was ok. Overall the building and facilities seemed clean but the room floor was filthy. Carpets are extremely dirty. My children's feet were literally black from walking barefooted for a short time. The beds were soft and worn out like springs would pop out of the mattresses.

The property was very, very nice. The front desk staff could’ve been a little more friendly. But as far as the hotel, the property was 10/10.

Very clean, I encountered numerous employees through my stay who all had a smile and greeted me as I came in and out for work. The breakfast was adequate and the breakfast area was kept clean and stocked.

Beautiful CLEAN hotel, and FRIENDLY staff
My fiance and I came for New Year’s Eve. Every staff member was so pleasant, and had smiles on their faces. The hotel was beautiful, and clean. You can definitely count us us coming back EVERYTIME we come to PC!

A couple of the hotel front desk staff were very rude and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. Any question you asked them seemed like it absolutely was an inconvenience to them. Other then that hotel was nice, beds weren’t the most comfortable, cleaning staff was great.

We came here after leaving another hotel that was not up to our standards. This is a phenomenal hotel with great service. Even with our last minute reservation we were treated with patience and the best hospitality.

The property was very nice and close to many things we needed to go. (Publix Sports Park, particularly where the baseball tournament was). It was also close to the park where our baseball team practiced, restaurants, shops, and the beach. The staff was very warm and nice!

I like that the hotel is tucked away from traffic, basically located in its own secluded quiet area! I would definitely stay here again.
