Normally our customers leave very high rate to our service, we understand that our facility may not be the greatest one in Palmy, but 7 years reputation is sufficient to demonstrate that we have done our best. Could you please be kind enough to advise the reason why you had an unpleasant experience during your stay. We don't know what caused the disappointment, but according to your verbal review, which was supposed to be a pleasant two nights, we do not understand what made you turn your attitude to another side. No matter what it is, we apologize for that, and we would like to know what we can do better in the future. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation:)
