“Location, Location”

Lots of space in the room. It's like a mini suite. Walk to shopping, dining, museums. And you can reserve a free shuttle for thing farther away.

“good stay !!!”

Friendly staff and very helpful--upbeat and anxious to be of any assistance---smiling faces are always appreciated. It is is a boutique property not a full service Hotel. Be prepared to go directly into the garage and then to the front desk as a normal driveway and grand entrance does not exist. A bit unusual room layout but very utilitarian. The price was right. Close to City Place access.

“Very nice”

The hotel is very nice and convenient to Citywalk. I didn't have to take my car out of the garage which was very nice. However, the hotel staff at the desk had so many different jobs to do that sometimes you had to wait to either check in or check out. They are even the drivers the shuttle.

“Hyatt Place West Palm Beach”

Close to City Place which is filled with shops, bars, outdoor restaurants. Only thing missing from the hotel was an outdoor pool. Comfortably clean rooms.

“Good Service, But Understaffed”

This hotel is new, which means the rooms are both contemporary and technologically advanced. The furniture in the room is nice and the bed is comfortable. There are many TV hook ups for your ipod, laptop, dvd player etc. The people are nice that work at the hotel, however, it is understaffed at times.

“West Palm Beach gem”

The Hyatt Place is a delight. My room surpassed my expectations. It was spacious, immaculately clean with everything and more that one could expect. I arrived early and management made a special effort to quickly get me into my room. The Hyatt has an interesting personnel policy of having every member of the staff doing multiple duties from reception to tending bar. At times this did cause some slight delay and confusion but on the whole the service was excellent. The complimentary shuttle is very handy and puts just about everything in WPB within easy reach.

Can't really fault the hotel. Everything was very good and the staff were helpful and friendly. My only negative comment and this is only if I am being really fussy is that the A/C fan in my room was too noisy and kept waking me up! Otherwise I would definitely recommend.

Many travel to this area for the ocean, but for my stay, being downtown was ideal

My stay @ this hotel was very good. I enjoyed every thing except, one day, out of the three days I was here; we experienced a loud banging / knocking sound.
