Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We would without a doubt stay here again. The room was very spacious including the bathroom. Kitchen was great and the bedroom was huge for a hotel!! The tapas in the restaurant were delicious and some of the best we tried honestly. Lastly there was tons of free parking all around the hotel for those of you who rent a car. We found it safe and quiet. The town centre is a short walk aways (around 10 min) where you will find shopping and dining!

The staff were very helpful and the service in the restaurant and bar was lovely, food was good too. The rooms have everything you need, although the coffee machine was flashing red and orange light constantly and only one pour button worked. There were no instructions on how to use the microwave as it was one of those multi function ones. The pool area was pleasant. Over all a pleasant stay the area is not as inspiring as some of the surrounding towns though.

Clean, modern and spacious rooms very conveniently located across street from the main bus terminal. Staff was excellent: friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The stay was ok. We were given free breakfast due to dealing with a few problems with our room. Our shower needed to be drained, our air conditioner did not work for the first two nights. At first they seemed to not believe us that we were having trouble with the air conditioner. It took a lot of convincing from both of us to get some assistance. They finally notified us that there was a problem once someone else complained about a problem with their air conditioner as well.

Luxury Holiday Hotel.
Single night on way to family holiday - after 12 hours driving the hotel was a very welcome sight. Designed as “apartments” with kitchenette and balcony these would be great for an extended stay too... the pool was fantastic. Just bear in mind that the main bed will be made up, but if you want to use the sofa beds you have to make these up yourself - more of the holiday home than hotel feel! Parking is a little bit tight, but plenty of space nearby.

Really nice and clean ideal for what we were there for. Did not have any other mirrors other the bathroom one. In an apartment of 4 people getting ready for a wedding this was hard work and could have done with a full length one in the hall way

Weekend at Costa Brava
Check in was very slow, probably because of new staff. Appartment was very nice, but could have been cleaned better. Very nice rooms, location is avarage and a bit noisy.

Comfortable base for the Costa Brava
The apartment is very well designed for a holiday base. The main room has a small kitchen, well laid out for cooking and eating, with a large sofa (-bed). The bedroom is also good for storage; the bed was massive - and very comfortable. In the bathroom, the shower is a superb rainfall/traditional combo and the towels supplied were good quality. Parking was on-street, but - out of season - close by. Handy to have a Lidl just across the road too. We didn't try the pool, the opening hours of which were not terribly useful. Palafrugell is a somewhat anonymous largish town, but excellent road links mean you can be at one of the many amazing coves or beaches in 15 to 20 mins.

A mixed experience!
The rooms were cleaned to a high standard. The shower was particularly impressive. Room was spacious and mostly well equipped. There was no cork screw which was disappointing given that the hotel bar did not open once in our 4 night stay after 1pm. The water which was supposed to be supplied upon arrival was not provided. Generally staff were helpful and accommodating. Good location to town but a 14 euro trip each way in taxi to the beach. The pillows were too uppy!

Really nice hotel, clean and trendy modern interior, very nice short drive to all surrounding towns pals, begur, palamos, tamariu etc.... Beautiful cafe downstairs, great street municipal fresh produce market in walking distance. Large grocery store across the road, laundramat in walking distance. The only down side was the staff at front desk was not that friendly on many occassions.

Just perfect for our needs
Our stay was perfect. The staff were friendly and really helpful. The accomodation was quite new and of a good quality. We couldn't fault it at all in that respect. The hotel had a popular coffee/bar area which seemed to be popular mostly in the mornings. Location wise its probably best to have a car, as whilst there are places to eat nearby (within 10 minute walk) and supermarkets (lidl just across the road) if you want to go anywhere else its just easier by car. We only went to the pool once, but it seemed dirty and there were no chairs or loungers so we gave it a miss and went to the beach instead - a bit of a shame because the kids were looking forward to the pool but the beach and sea made up for it. Parking is free right outside and there is free underground parking if there are no spaces left outside. Overall we'd recommend it and would certainly stay there again.

Nice, but flaws
A nice hotel in many ways, but it has fundamental flaws. An apartment hotel should have clothes washing facilities, but this one doesn't. Not even an iron to iron our clothes. And not even a tea towel to wipe our dishes after washing them, yet they stress that it's the guest's responsibility to ensure that dishes are washed. We asked for a tea towel - which should be standard equipment - but it never arrived. Someone had broken glass before our arrival, and it hadn't been cleaned up properly. Throughout our week-long stay, we were finding pieces of broken glass. Kitchen is not well equipped: two big saucepans, but no small saucepan and no fry pan. No corkscrew, and no bread knife. All basic stuff that was missing. But it's clean, staff are lovely, and in a great location.

Nice hotel, very friendly, helpful staff, good location, but falls over in some key areas. There is no capacity in house for washing clothes or ironing them, and the kitchen equipment is inadequate. We couldn't get a tea towel for washing dishes, there's no dish draining capacity, and kitchen utensils are deficient. There's no proper oven, or frypan, or corkscrew, or bread knife. Someone had broken some glass before we arrived, and we were finding small bits of broken glass on the floor throughout our week-long stay. You expect better in these areas in an establishment that promotes itself as apartments: you need to be able to live your life, to look after yourself. Apart from that, it was nice.

Nice hotel..but needs some attention to detail
We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 2 adults and 2 small children. Plus points: decent sized apartment and terrace. Good location right next to super markets and easy access to nearby beaches. Negatives: no trolley or concierge to help with bags. Kitchennete is not serviced. TV doest work properly. Kitchen appliances are limited. Valuables "safe" doesn't work. In general we found attention to detail was missing - even though our stay was pleasant enough.

The hotel was only open 3 weeks or so and we were disappointed that the pool was not yet in service as this was one of the main reasons we choose to stay in Palafrugell . Our overall impression was very positive. The staff were very nice and the room was very clean and comfortable.
