This hotel me my needs for a clean, comfortable hotel on my road trip. My room was very neat and clean. The breakfast was a little sparse but I don’t typically eat much at breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean and well kept up. Even though we did not use it, the property had a huge indoor pool and hot tub. Very nice area with a golf course next door.

There was blood on the sheets and hair they where not changed the room was dirty we did not even stay in the room for more then 5 minutes because we had to leave…. After getting fresh air and still being itchy from the room we decided to get our stuff and leave so we did not stay the night and Expedia is claiming that we can not get a refund because we did not do a complaint to the people there when we did tell them about the blood and it being dirty when all they did was give us new sheets to change out ourselves, I did not want to touch those sheets with blood so they expected us to stay there plus do the employees jobs I have no problem changing the sheets (if there clean) now we lost out on our money when we should of got a refund.

Taylor, we are sorry you had a bad stay at the hotel, however, with you being a local, we know that you know the employee you written about outside of this hotel interaction. Your reservation stated there were only 2 people, you had 7. That is over the amount of people allowed in a room with with two beds according to the fire code. After being addressed about this, you became hostile to the employees you encountered. You also cursed out the employee the following morning causing a scene at the front desk as well.

Very beautiful place. Hotel was kind and quiet except the pool me and daughter had to leave bc kids were acting a fool. Otherwise great visit will be coming back.

Lovely stay
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, lots of hot water. Many choices for eating close by and the location is absolutely beautiful. We only got to stay one night, but I would definitely go back. Thank you

Stayed here 2 nights for New Years weekend. The room was very clean, very close to swimming pool and near exits as well. However the staff is not the friendliest, I was charged an extra fee for having an “extra” adult, even though our reservation was placed exact with number of people in our party. Also, we went to the pool the second day and there was no towels and no one at the front desk to consult, they had a bell to ring for service and no one ever came out. Other people had already said they had asked for towels earlier but they never arrived. Lastly, breakfast was extremely weak, basically all they had was cereal, some bagels and coffee. They had raw eggs in a fridge but no where to cook them and microwave had a sign which indicated “No eggs in microwave”. Overall a little pricey for a very standard/ basic hotel with no satisfying service.

Just what I needed.
We needed a weekend get away and the hotel did not disappoint. It was quiet and cozy. The pool was indoors and warm with a jacuzzi. I’m definitely coming back.
