Family trip
The property is gorgeous! The house itself is like a work of art. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and the views are amazing. We all enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool during the day and the game room at night. The proximity to shopping and the golf course were ideal. The property manager was polite and very responsive with any questions we had. Staying at the house was a highlight of the whole trip!

Beautiful property! Great location and amazing view. Well appointed home. Jacuzzi and pool are wonderful. Check in process was seamless and Tim was very responsive attentive when we had questions/needs. The game room was so fun. The only negatives of the experience were that the beds and pillows were quite stiff which is not our taste and the pool cues were usable but the tips were broken and the backs were jiggly, but other than that this was a 5-star experience.

Amazing Property, well located with excellent views
We loved this property. The house is high end with amazing views and easy access to Lake Powell and the City of Page. The only thing I would change is the mattess in the 4th bedroom, which was uncomfortable and not up to standards with the rest of the house. The other 3 bedrooms were wonderful.

The house is magnificent. I have stayed at plenty of VRBO premiere properties but this was the best so far. So glad we picked the Page area as our base. So many beautiful things to see.

A fantastic house in a fabulous setting
The house is absolutely amazing, with the upstairs playroom (complete with its own kitchen area) being a real plus. The pool is gorgeous and the views just incredible. We were a family group and had a fantastic holiday there.

I’ve been trying to book this property for many years now around my birthday, Easter/Spring Break & bring our kids. We could never seem to snag in time! I was finally able to get it for 4 nights on a Sun-Thurs to celebrate my 40th bday with my fiancée, sister, best friends and their spouses. It truly is somehow better than the photos. It does not feel like a VRBO, and I say that bc most I’ve stayed in are not up to par with hotels & feel rundown & never fully clean. Kokopelli feels brand new & every inch was pristine and immaculate. I can’t say enough about how clean it was because this typically bugs me with VRBOs. They have thought of everything! We stayed in the “master” downstairs, but it was a tough choice bc all 3 of the larger bedrooms have incredible views. From the pictures I thought the game room was downstairs in a basement, but it is upstairs & very spacious/open. There is plenty of room in the home and the layout such that 4 couples all felt like we could have downtime/quiet time & relax when needed. Tim (on-site contact) was excellent & quick to respond at all times. Kitchen is very well appointed with anything you may need. My only recommendation was that we wanted to use the main fireplace, but I can understand why it wasn’t setup for April. Other suggestion is a bigger TV for family/living room. I know most people don’t come to watch TV, but we are pretty big sports fans & wanted to watch the NBA playoffs. Also ask about setting up yoga on site & massages!

Great base to visit spectacular National Parks
This was a very comfortable place for our 3 couples to stay while we visited Bryce, Zion, Monument Valley and the Grand Canyon with excellent golf nearby for the other days.

Incredibly unique property. Fantastic views of sunset while you sit on the patio or in the hot tub or infinity pool. So much to do around the area. Plenty of restaurants. Go to Big Texan BBQ for a local treat. Grocery store and Walmart all close. Bring hiking shoes as there are so many places to hike including right from the property.

Better than words!
This was the perfect home for our family vacation! The property definitely met all of our expectations. Pictures do not do it justice! The backyard view and pool area was amazing, and our children loved the game room also. Our greeter was wonderful and easy to communicate with on the trip. All around, it has to be one of the best places I can imagine to vacation in Arizona! We would love to visit again one day!

Nice big house with lots of room to spread out. Love all the Arizona themed decor. We had the best time with our adult children in the game room as well. Our group also enjoyed the hot tub daily. The owner is very helpful with questions and making your stay enjoyable.

Eleven girlfriend’s for my 60th birthday. The backdrop of this glorious house was breathtaking. The kitchen was supplied with everything one would need. The owners and caretaker of the home were kind and responsive. I believe it was the best most relaxing and fun vacation ever.

This House Is a Gem
What a gem! This house is beautiful, comfortable and well appointed, and what a view!! The separate suites were ideal for our family (three adult couples). Ann, the property manager, cheerfully welcomed us and showed us around the house and demonstrated how various things operated, like the spa and waterfall outside and the thermostat and ceiling fans inside. The kitchen was well stocked and we very much appreciated being provided with not just paper products but also coffee, tea, spices, olive oil, etc. The beds were quite comfortable. Loved the pool and spa. And when the heating circuit for the spa happened to stop working one afternoon, Tim, the property maintenance man, was quick to show up and fix the problem. We look forward to staying at the Kokopelli House again someday.

We have stayed 2 years in a row now and will hopefully continue to be able to stay here. So many different options to let everyone find their own space. Perfect location to Lake Powell, slot canyons, stores, everything we need. Would recommend to any group needing a hub for play time in the area or a family wanting to share a vacation together.

Lake Powell Vacation!
Had to sign waivers for this property for each person in our group. This was a tedious process, but once completed all was good. The property was great! We would spend the day on the lake and then enjoyed coming back to this beautiful home to relax for the evening. Seemed to have everything we needed!

Sheree has put a ton of effort into the design of this property, handcrafted furniture and wonderful amenities. The house has everything you need which was so convenient! Fully stocked kitchen, games, movies, indoor and outdoor dinnerware, spices, Tupperware, tin foil, etc… We stayed with three families, it was perfect because we had a room for each couple and a bunk bed for the kids. We were a party of 10, I wouldn’t recommend having more people than that to really enjoy the house. We had plenty of space to spread out and have privacy. The rooms were beautiful- the views spectacular. The pool was wonderful, I saw some reviews that it was small - I think that might be because of the angle of the pictures. We thought the pool size was perfect and it wasn’t too deep, so out 7yr old could touch the bottom (we really liked that). This is a very special house!! We will absolutely be back.

This is a beautiful home with gorgeous views! The pool did at first seem smaller than the pictures, but was plenty big for our group of 6 adults and one kid. We had a fantastic time and loved the location! All of us would rent this house again.

We enjoyed every moment in this house. The view is amazing. From every part of the house. The house is very spacious and cozy. We loved to watch the sunset every afternoon from the jacuzzi. The kids had a blast in the pool. We cooked outside most of the days, played pool and watched movies with popcorn in the game room. The location is amazing. We went to the horseshoe bend; hanging garden trail; Glen Canyon Dam; Vermilion Cliffs; Paria beach; Navajo Bridge; Cathedral wash trailhead; Rented a boat to enjoy lake Powell and Antalope Canyon. On our way back to the airport in Las Vegas we stopped by Zion National park. Beautiful!

Excellent communications from the beginning through to the end. Pristine home with spacious sleeping and central gathering rooms yet cozy and intimate feeling. The location is central to hiking and scenic trails, the town is laid back, welcoming and has everything you need or may have forgotten. We loved this home and the host!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. - You'll be greeted by Tim when you arrive who does a quick walk through the house. - It's very clean and in excellent condition, very well-stocked. - The location is absolutely stunning, right on the rim trail overlooking the dam, Lake Powell, stunning mountains. - The pool is a bit chilly, 80, but we were able to swim with extra layers. Jacuzzi was very nice. - The wifi was spotty at times but it was mainly things happening in the city I think. If you're not there to do remote work, it's not a big deal, but if you plan to do remote work, keep it in mind that it may be spotty. With the game room and so many amazing things to see, we were able to enjoy ourselves and be on screens less. - Antelope Canyon is closed right now as covid has affected the Navajo which was such a bummer but there was still so much to see. We really enjoyed Cathedral Wash Trail in Marble Canyon, so spectacular, Hidden Garden Trail right by the house, boat ride on Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend. If we had time, I would've done Buckskin Gulch slot trail as an alternative to Antelope Canyon, but we didn't have time.

Perfect getaway near all of our plans. Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Buckskin Gulch
House had plenty of space for everyone to get their own time. Pool was only like 70 degrees entire time. Would have liked trip even more with a warmer pool. It went to waste. The house was stunning and had everything you needed.

Gorgeous property - perfect for families
The house is stunning with a ton of space. Can’t beat the location. Ten minutes from marinas and five minutes from grocery store. While the pool is on the smaller side, it’s layout is lovely and it definitely satisfied my 3 young kids on incredibly hot days. The hottub was a huge hit and heated quickly. Tim, the property manager, is an incredibly nice guy and would come over immediately when there were issues. Only minor frustrations were the lack of a workable ice maker in the fridge and the finicky grill. You can run/walk the rim trail from the property - amazing! And the game room upstairs was perfect for movie nights. Highly recommend the property.
