"Pros: - Very clean and nice. Lobby smells great. - Rooms are updated and clean. It has a nice coastal design that makes the rooms feel resorty and relaxing - Very convenient. Bus stop and ABC store is right outside. Coffee shop is in lobby. - close to Ala Moana mall Cons: - elevators can get congested and may require a wait. - takes 20 minutes to get to Waikiki on foot/bus. - limited dining and shopping options compared to Waikiki central area. I will stay here again!"

"This was our first time in Honolulu. I did quite a bit research before booking. We wanted to be on the beach, we wanted a decent and clean room, we didn’t want to be around children and be close to things. Sheraton Waikiki exceeded all of our expectations. I would stay here again and again. The infinity pool is for adults only so you can get away from the children. The hotel is newly renovated and super clean. The ocean front rooms have unbelievable views. The customer service is absolutely amazing. Close to anything you need. They truly beat vacation ever. "
