Very hard beds. Good location for walking the square and the market and bus to mineral del Monte. If your room is facing the square be prepared for a lot of street noise and the clock dings every 15 minutes so if you sleep light bring earplugs. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

That clock would not let you sleep and the music from the club near by would be so loud that you can hear from your room i would never come back here

You could not get closer to downtown Pachuca if you stay here. Nice and clean rooms, comfortable bed and professional staff. I would definitely stay here again if I went back to Pachuca.

Sleeping with a Monumental Clock
What a great location for a hotel! Our room faced the Monumental Clock, so not only did we have a fab view of the plaza, we also heard the clock and concerts throughout the day and night.

Te he deal I got on the app was decent given that it was Christmas Eve , the hotel itself is quite small and one must go to another hotel to use the gym as well to get their breakfast which is included in their fee , other than that the place is pretty clean but to my liking a bit too pricey for what it actually is

Very nice hotel, nicely decorated and located in the heart of the ciry. The balcony view is breathtaking as it directly faces the clock tower and the beautiful Mexican theme of the square. Friendly staff too.

Nice and unexpensive hotel in the center
Good things: The hotel looks recently refurbished, it is clean and the service is ok. Location is great, just in front of the park. Check in was easy, no issues at all with our reservations. Not so good things: the parking lot entrance is a high ramp, my car wouldn’t pass through it (seems like only SUVs could pass), so they took the car to a different parking lot about 2 blocks from there. The room was too cold (colder than outsides), although they gave me an extra blanket, which was enough. Bad things: The cleaning personal made a lot of noise in the hall, they wake us up around 9am. We were there for a wedding and went to bed late, so we were really tired, but we just couldn’t sleep anymore with all the noise.

Great night in the centre of town
Room was comfortable and large. The bathroom was clean and the hot water came immediately into a really good shower! Really good night although the Ciros only does room service, the restaurant is across the square at the Hotel Emily.

decent older budget place
this is a decent, no frills spot to stay in the center of pachuca de soto. many places to buy delicious pastes and a lot of little stores for basic needs in the area. the hotel is older so keep that in mind. they don't use card keys, they use classic metal keys. good place to stay on a budget. best part of the hotel is its location right in front of the clock monument in the center square

The rooms have not heat or AC. The front desk tries to charge twice what expedia can get it for and you have to find a internet cafe to book the hotel. The town has a lot of great features and visiting the nearby mining comunnities is an excellent tour.

I stayed for one night. Staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel is small but the rooms were comfortable, clean with a pleasant decor. This is an old hotel that has been upgraded so don't expect the Ritz-Carlton. I enjoyed the view of the "El Reloj" monument, the mariachis in the monument square adds to the ambience of the square. I would recommend this hotel for those seeking a good value in Pachuca.
