The receptionist vy the name of Erin waa incredibly patient and vwry helpful! Multiple times i had to call due to some concerns and she remained so composed and kind. I finally got to meet her in person and she was even nicer! Great employee! Otherwise, the rooms are fairly small and stuffy and their was a really bad "sewage" smell coming from the bathroom (my husband noticed it first) and i meant to let the front desk know but I forgot. It made it difficult to stay in the room as we had to keep the fan on and block the smell with a towel at the base of the door. Beond that it was ok.

Confusion. I was told on checkin that yes we had paid but that they wanted another 200. The desk person took my card information but as far as I can see did not actually charge the 200. Nor was there a refund at the end of the stay. It was a strange way to ask for a damage deposit or credit card information to put on file. Other than that the stay was comfortable, the room was kept tidy and it was handy to have parking.

Overall the room was great. Clean and well kept. The heating didn’t work but maybe it was turned off because of the season. TV channels were not HD and it was a bit of a challenge getting on to the wifi. I did enjoy my stay, however, the pillows on the bed were not standard size and they were extremely flimsy which made it hard to get comfortable.

Location was conveniently close to event space I was attending. Area where Room was located was recently renovated so clean but washroom dated freshly painted but tub and toilet original’ They were clean though. Staff very friendly.

Considering some rooms were renovated, they did half ass job. They need to replace doors for better sound management. Poor is small. No hot tub. It’s ok if you’re looking for very basic hotel stay- ie/ sleep & go

Hotel was okay, disappointed they do not offer daybed, I felt disappointed to learn there is no breakfast and the photos made it look like it has this service.

Nicely updated rooms, comfy beds but very small pillows (size of a couch cushion) Staff member at check in was VERY friendly and helpful! Staff on check out not so friendly. Cleaning staff very loud while cleaning rooms in the mornings.
