This hotel is in a perfect location in the city. Elgin Street is close to the Hill and canal and Market… The street is a smorgasbord of restaurants and nice bars…inside or on the patio. A fun place to stay! Great value for the rooms and amenities!

Very unhappy for the first time . Have stayed at the business inn at least 5 times . Front desk has always been helpful and courteous. On the morning of our check out as usual we asked if we could leave our automobile in the empty out door parking which we paid for. The night before for several hours after our checkout . This request was always accepted graciously in the past . We would have picked up the automobile at 1:00 pm. A gentleman at the front desk rudely said no to our request . His attitude was that of a brute. There is a way to speak to customers and may I say he did possess this trait . This so turned us off that we have to say that we will be looking else where on our future trips to Ottawa. Thank you

The staff of this proerty are awesome! The location near downtown is unbeatable if you have business to attend in downtown Ottawa like I did, as is the price point for the quality of service and the amenities. Free delicious hot breakfast, free laundry facilities and even free detergent! You cant beat it! The only thing I disliked was the layout of the flooring and rooms as well as the layout of the stairs and elevator. That, plus it seems that the neighbourhood is not safe after dark, are the two negative things I have to say about this property. Other than that, 4 out of 5 stars!

Really close to the House of Commons. Great gym nobody uses it. Pretty good breakfast. If you are young and want to party the strip outside is the only game in town. Ottawa is a pretty sleepy town. Quiet enough to sleep

OK, the big problem for me was the lack of a refrigerator. Also being hit with a $100 damage deposit upon arrival was a bit of a surprise. The rest was good; the TV's were big; there was a lot of room in the suite and everything was clean. So all in all, not so bad!
