We spent one night here. Ottawa is not an easy place for a driver who does not know the city, but our GPS got us in easily. Room was huge, really a suite. Breakfast was a delight.

Didn’t like that when we changed rooms so we could have a walk in shower, the noise in that room was terrible. So much so we had to move. This room should not be made available for guests So that made a third move where the tv did not work, needed a new battery but staff weee very patient and accommodating

Very clean, extremely efficient design. Room was perfect. I just wish breakfast was a bit better, quality was very good, but food options ran out well before closing time, especially considering it was Sunday AM, very busy and morning after "spring forward" time change.
