“A must stay!”

All I can say is WOW! I don't believe there is a nicer hotel at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Hotel is new and nice. Staff could be trained a bit better. You can tell they want to have that resort feel but customer service is not there. Rooms were great and beautiful! They did not come and service our room which was disappointing. When we called for more towel to shower at 5pm and told them our room was not serviced they then wanted to do it, we were ready to shower and take a rest.

“Nice Hotel”

Very nice hotel-staff were friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful-all modern and nicely decorated. Only one complaint-would be nice to have an indoor pool as well as outdoor-we couldn't go swimming because it was too cold outside. All in all, great hotel.

“Very Modern Hotel”

This is a very nice, modern, clean hotel right on the lake. One of the best rooms I've ever stayed at. Next the the "Toad" bar, with great views of the lake and good food. Already am looking forward to going back this summer.

“Service not so great...room was amazing.”

It's pretty simple...the room (a lakeside suite) was amazing...we loved it. Service wasn't good...check-in was ridiculous. On Friday evening, we went down to the restaurant for dinner - we were seated and then waited for 20 minutes and a server NEVER came to our table. So - we left and went somewhere else.

nice hotel for the price. Great bathroom, bedding etc. Don't expect there to be much to do.

“Great Location”

This hotel is an awesome hotel located in the heart of toad cove. It has a great view and overall excellent atmosphere. During the offseason, many of the amenities that are advertised are not operational; so very disappointing. {For instance room service, shopping, etc.] The spa services are wonderful...and I would highly recommend Wendy giving you a message during your stay, as you will not be disappointed and will leave relaxed. The cleanliness of the hotel is good, but some attention to dusting is required as I have stayed numerous times in the last month, and have found that housekeeping is not doing a good job of dusting the entertainment centers and nightstands.... Recommendation is to request a room on a high-level floor as this will keep you away from Marina noise and outside bar noise if you are there to rest and relax...otherwise, enjoy and have fun...can't beat this location...
