Clean and convient
This property was super clean and very convenient for our two families staying together. Each family had a bedroom/bathroom and then the shared kitchen/living space facilitated all for meals etc. The only suggestion would be to provide MORE TOWELS if possible.

Overall a great place
The suites were wonderful and very spacious. We were surprised by how many dishes and utensils were supplied as well as bedding. It was very clean. The bed mattresses were so comfortable. This may have been an oversight, but there were no face clothes with the bathroom towels and the dishwasher and coffee maker took way longer to run than they should. Overall, we had a great time and I would book a return stay.

hi Jude, Thank you for your feedback. It was a pleasure hosting you. As you know, this is a resort that includes amenities such as pool, playground for kids, bbq area, gym, fire pit, volleyball net, etc. It is located conveniently close to ski hills, bike trails, beaches, golf courses, vetta spa, treetop trekking, etc. We also include a guidebook in the unit with ideas for fun activities in the area. Therefore as much as we love for our guests to have fun in the resort itself, it is highly encouraged to explore the area :)

Awesome Stay
We stayed here for 2 nights to ski with our extended family at Horseshoe. It is 2 separate units, one a studio with king bed and pull out couch and small kitchen and the main suite is large with 1 bedroom, large kitchen and pull out couch. When we arrived the unit had a lovely Christmas tree up with lights on, it was a really nice surprise. The units were nice and clean and the host was quick to respond to any questions. There are bbqs by the unit but no lights (maybe because its January?) but there is a larger section of bbqs with lights near the pool. We used those for dinners and worked great! The pool has a limit of 10 ppl and you need to reserve a time. There is a nice balcony off the back with 2 chairs and access to grass, good if you have pets. We all had a fantastic time and enjoyed leaving the 2 doors open and just wandering back and forth between the 2 units. We would definitely book here again for a future visit😊

The property is very well described to the online listing. The host was very easy to contact by phone, they were very nice and happy to help us find the property. Dog friendly and good balcony. The hot tub was wonderful. The only negatives were the coffee pots had sat and were very dirty. I had to clean them and buy new coffee as the coffee there was very old. The are three t.v.s but no manuals as to work them, it would be helpful to have instructions on the t.v.s or labeled remotes for each device.

Great location, very clean, loved it!
Myself and my two sisters stayed here for a 3 day getaway. Everything was very clean, and we loved how much space we had in the unit! The kitchen was the best stocked VRBO kitchen I have ever had, it had everything! We visited Vetta spa, which was just minutes from here, went to Orillia, and Barrie, both just a short 20 min drive. I will definitely stay here again, next time I will bring the family!
