Overall we enjoyed our stay. Few things that we came across. Swimming is 25 per person per day in addition stay cost. Did not feel this was upfront and unhappy about not knowing what to expect. Same with the fact they dont except cash. When we arrived there was garbage in the hallways and had sticky floors and no bedding for the pull out couch. Front desk said they had to see what was in stock for pull out bed. Awful since they include that bed in the price. Overall we enjoyed it, this is just a few things I would have changed.

Hot tub did not work, dishwasher was rusty and didn’t work great, minor cleanliness issues. Staff was helpful and our stay was great overall. Super close to everything.

Sean the F&B director was absolutely Amazing. Boots on the ground type of manager. Chris the manager at the Italian restaurant was amazing very nice and took time to check up on not only me but other guests and his their meal was going. Susie our server at the Italian restaurant was absolutely a gem. She took great care of my family during our meal and kudos to the cooks. Food was amazing. Mexican inspired restaurant was tasty and servers were cool. Starbucks ladies were super friendly and helpful our entire stay. Security guys around the pool were very helpful when my daughter needed a band-aid, cashier at the pool was very nice- engaged with all guests welcoming everyone. Life guards especially a young lady (forgot her name-but her name tag said she was from Columbia) was soo nice. Kept a watchful eye on the guests. I checked in on Saturday 5/4 and all agents were nice. Hostesses who directed us to a line to check-in was very nice. She welcomed everyone with a smile and assisted me with all of my questions. I do think that all guests should be advised of when service to the room would be given. The room type i requested was not available (which i offered to wait for a double and told there wasn't any available duration if my stay). I did not want to get a manager because check in was busy. But i was put in a very old unit and the cleanliness was not up to the standard but the customer service was amazing from all team members.

We loved our stay here! Came down for a cheerleading competition and chose this resort for its proximity to the ESPN and all star sports resort for our team events. It was a very quick 10 minute drive. We loved the spacious condo, it looked newly renovated. We loved the grounds and walking around in the evening, we were close to 2 different pools and enjoyed those as well. Next time we come back I will be checking for availability here first!

Had a great stay. Lots of stuff to keep you buys and options for food. Located near lots of restaurants and places to shop, seemed to be close to everything. Resort is a little dated but for a well priced place to relax and enjoy some fun in the sun, you couldn't ask for a better stay. The staff was also very friendly and helpfull. Would recommend and will consider staying again if we were to ever go back to Orlando.

I really had no dislikes. Property was great, although we didn’t get to use a lot of the amenities since it was a short trip. Room showed wear and tear and needed a good cleaning.

Seems like a nice place to stay however they should warn future travelers about the $25 fee per person for the waterpark! I recommend paying it but knowing ahead of time is always a plus!

We love to stay in westgate, it’s near shopping center and can cook own food in the room like our own home with all kitchen appliances ready. So much fun with lots of activities and water parks and hot spa , pool … and more. We enjoyed our four nights spent there. It’s a good place for family gatherings and enjoying. Highly recommended for everyone who plan a family trip soon. Thanks westgate resort !

This was our first time staying here it was so beautiful . Our room was beyond gorgeous we had one of the updated renovated units . The resort had numerous places to eat at and i loved the coffee / ice cream shop. At night they have little bonfire places to relax by . The water park was a blast and very relaxing . The drinks from the bar were outstanding and very reasonably priced , the food by the pool was also very good . 10/10 would recommend . We will be coming back here next time we visit orlando

Moved the bed to plug in my phone and what u took a picture of is disgusting. Broke my toe in the water park. Got help a half hour later. And whoever bandaged my foot had no experience in first aide making my foot worse. Horrible

We just returned from vacation, traveled with 2 kids (6 & 10). The location is perfect, close to shopping, dining and parks. In addition, the resort has few restaurants, ice crean caffee and even grocery store. We were not sure at the beginning due to reviews but we loved every moment we stayed Westgate resort. First of all the room was perfect for us (1 bedroom villa newly renovated) with full kitchen (incl. dishwasher)and 2 bathrooms. Second, it has sharable washer/dryer just at the coner of out room. The room had complimentary dishwasher soap and detergent. Behind the building it was a pool that closed 10pm that was perfect for us, we were able to enjoy swimming after hot walking day in the park. We had not enough towels but only with one call to the service desk the staff provided bunch of towels for us. Water park in the resort like a cherry on the cake was a great addition. Kids were super excited and we had a hard time to convince them to leave. Only one small minus, floors in the room was not clean and if the room had some bucket and mop I have no problem to mop it as I prefer. 5 stars to resort and staff. Thanks.

Fun things to keep families entertained. Dissapointed the water park wasn't included and when we asked for towels and ice to the room the towels were just thrown outside the door and we didn't get ice (No ice machine in our area). Bedding was also dirty.

The property has a lot of dining options, Ice cream, game room, lots of pools and the water park. Rooms are nice and clean the only complaint is we were under the assumption that our room had a balcony and a jacuzzi tub as advertised from Expedia.

We had no ac. When I called the first time on day 2 they seemed to have fixed it. Then went out again a few hours later. I called around 6pm and they called me back after 10pm to tell me it can’t be fixed until the next day and they can move me to another room, but my children were sound asleep and we were getting up at 7 to check out. So there was nothing else they could do.
