The place in it self was good , clean , bathrooms not in the best shape. Front desk was not the most friendly.Place was far from the main office, pool, ammenities, etc. .I guess since it is not a hotel you can't expect the same amenities .Make sure you read the fine print in this type of rentals Not sure I would go back . Front desk did not give me 3 separate cards for towels , 3 wristbands yes.I had to pay for 3 towels that I never used 😡 $30.00 for nothing.

Large condo with lots of space. The wifi was very good and each room had a tv with plenty of channels. Clean, safe place inside a gated community with regular garbage pickup.

Issues: main sliding door was unlocked and screen was completely broken off. Several of the main floor windows were also unlocked. The coffee maker was filthy, but we couldn’t make coffee anyway since there was no pot! Beds were clean and comfortable, good spot to rest your heads. We won’t be staying there again.

Regal Palms was nice condo was in above average condition, furnished well and for our use larger than necessary. The advertised and reasonably rated onsite restaurant didn’t rally look like a restaurant more like a snack bar on the one occasion when we wanted to use it we walked about three quarters of a mile to find no one in it not even staff. After a short wait we walked back to the car and went elsewhere for dinner. Otherwise RP was a good experience

While it was nice having an entire house for space and privacy,the house was in need of a good cleaning ,it was quite dirty and grungy. The blankets were stained and there was food beside the beds. Doors and handles were sticky and grimy. Always a large police presence at a particular villa on the property at least weekly and a teen? Boy sneaking over the fence onto the property which made us feel ius and our belongings maybe weren’t safe.

We checked into an uncleaned unit, with a leaking fridge emitting some black substance, a half-drunk Dunkin' Donuts cup, and blankets strewn about. It wasn't a pleasant sight. Upon notifying the staff, they relocated us to another unit, which, while not the cleanest, was bearable. However, we discovered a security issue—doors didn't lock from the outside. One day, we found our unit wide open. When we asked the security personnel to check, they refused, insisting we call the police. Further conversation with the security personnel revealed this was a recurring issue, and they typically closed doors when they noticed them open.

I didn't like the maintenance response to things. Also, they don't give you any extra supplies for toilet paper and shampoos and dishwash soap. So you have to buy ob your own. Also a very long way to drive to go to the pool. Seven tenths of a mile

It served its need but everything is dated and showing its age things like paint chipping in pool area public areas show signs of multiple repair/patch jobs. But the villas were clean the area is relatively quiet and the price is reasonable

Some of the comments had me worried, but I was very happy with our stay. Accommodation was spotless, no issues with bugs. A little dated , but quiet and had all the necessities.

I have stayed here many of times because it is convenient and relaxing. However, they are very strict of check-in time is 4:00 pm not 3:30 etc., so when we all are trying to check-in, it takes about 30 minutes to 11/2 hours due to long line. Nothing wrong with staff or asking to hire more, but if someone shows after 2 pm, let them check-in and get to their room. We are on vacation for fun and relaxation not waiting for hours.

The condo we originally chose that was close to the pool we did not get, the one we were given was at the furthest away from the pool. Many of the arcade games did not work, and staff was not friendly at all No transportation

Staff member was very rude , keys didn’t work to get in the property,I have never had someone argue with me about he keys not working to get on the property after a long 8 hour car ride , checked in the rude lady at the office never programmed they keys , she was so rude . When you pay your money you don’t deserve to be talk to like you a piece of crap ,I would never stay at that establishment again.

I’d say this place was amazing several years ago, but it is definitely starting to show its age. The unit we were in had mold on the shower curtain. Mold at the kitchen sink, in the caulk. I would not expect that at these villas. I did email the management, but no response. The pool area had several tiles loose, a drain cover loose, and tiles missing in the lazy river. I expected much higher class

The only thing that took away from an excellent rating was the fact that we had a roach problem the were all through the house when we entered. We had to wash all kitchen supplies with bleach before using them.

The safe in the property did not work, there was no kettle in the kitchen. We purchased it ourselves and left for the next occupier. There was no mention of the distance from the pool to the accommodation (it was over a mile to the pool.

It was more than i expected for the price. The place was extremely clean and had a starter toiletries for you. Publix was down the street and walmart was about 5 miles away. It advertised free Wi-Fi but it was locked off to me on the stay. Out of 4 cable boxes available only one was operational. The pool and lazy river was wonderful. Had a very enjoyable experience there.

After a 2 hour check in process, we walked into a dirty room. Could not use the living room due to ant infestation. Front desk staff passed the buck on every issue. Resort is managed by numerous property management companies. You can't get any issues resolved. I would not recommend this property.

Positive: The beds & pillows were super comfortable. The layout of the condo was very nice.... everyone had their own bedroom and could easily spread out in the family room/dining area. The showers were quite good, lots of water pressure. The kitchen appliances all worked well. Negative: the bathroom vanities were not clean. So, I spent time cleaning the sinks and countertops. The shower curtains had mildew on them. The carpet and baseboards upstairs were filthy, filthy, filthy. The kitchen wood flooring was bouncy and bubbly. The condo had a flood at some point in this area. The flooring was not dried properly or replaced. Made it difficult to function in the kitchen. I would stay here again if the owner took care of the neglected areas.

The unit was HORRIBLE!!! We noticed big infestation as soon as we checked-in. We were told on three different days that our unit issue will be addressed. On our last night, we were offered a new place- which was unacceptable due to the time of the offer and we were out at a park. Our children had to sleep and one room due to the inability to sleep in the infested room. We left the next morning. I’m still fighting for a refund although the property management and property all stated to Expedia that the unit had bugs.
