We wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for choosing to stay at our property. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope your experience was enjoyable and comfortable.

Please accept our sincere apologies for these inconveniences during your stay. We know that no one wants to deal with such interruptions on their vacation, and we are diligently working to make sure that every trip is as seamless for our owners, members, and guests as we can possibly make it. While it is correct that the pool was closed for several hours due to a guest having an accident in the pool, the safety of our guest come first and there is a state procedure that needs to be followed as I will say that our guest safety comes first and foremost. We really do apologize for the negative experience and do wish you would provide us another opportunity in the future.
