We have a one bed room suit. It is roomy, comfortable and clean. The staff who checked us in was very friendly and efficient. I like the location and the price is very reasonable.

I loved the fact that this hotel is pet friendly. However, there is an extra charge for that. The rooms were outdated and could use some updating. The television in the living room was huge. The television in the bedroom was less than half the size and the color of the television was dark and could not be adjusted. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was wonderful. Very pleasant.

It was clean and inviting. The suites are very, very nice. The bed was very comfortable with many choices of pillows. The kitchen is well stocked with all you might need to cook etc. Very clean. Frig very clean. The pool was lovely but the lounge chairs are old and very uncomfortable as well as the towels they provide at the pool needed serious refreshing. Really liked it and would recommend it. Oh, but I never recvd my wake up call which could have been disastrous had I not set my phone alarm as well.

Property was clean and the employees were pleasant and helpful. The price of the “king bedroom suite” was high for what it was… only one bathroom and a strange layout. The fold out queen bed on the couch was comfortable for my adult daughter but we had to share and awkward bathroom space.

Great hotel! This was our last hotel before flying out. Breakfast was great, shuttle was efficient, on time and hotel was close to the airport. Nice pool, walking distance to convenience store, etc!

We arrived early, and the front desk worked with housekeeping to accommodate an earlier check in for us. In the meantime, we were able to go have lunch at a nearby Denny’s (there are a several restaurants around there), and then took a walk around the small lake across from the hotel. We were able to check in by 1:30pm, and found a room to be clean & very quiet (less than 10 min from the airport). The room could definitely use some updating & new furniture in the sitting area, but the bed was comfortable. The doors into the bedroom and bathroom were a little awkward and then no door from the bedroom to sink area so light shining into the bedroom when in use. There is an outdoor pool & small hot tub. I used the hot tub which had a lot of small debris in it from the strong winds, and the jets were not working properly. It also became crowded very quickly. We had to leave for an early flight, so did not partake in the later breakfast, but the front desk person offered us coffee and muffins as we checked out. Overall, I would stay there again if needing to be close to MCO.

The entire stay was exceptional! We were 7 people, including 4 teenage boys!, and Demaris at the front desk not only greeted us warmly, she made our early arrival a really nice experience while we waited until check in~She held all the bags behind the desk and shared that we could change and use the pool until our room was ready~The boys played basketball, swam, we ordered in lunch at the pool~ Demaris even got us into our room early as a courtesy! We got the two bedroom suite and they were kind enough to have a really comfortable cot that we requested all set and ready when we got to the room…Two bathrooms made all the difference, too! And we walked not too far at all to go to dinner in the evening~There’s a really nice, very clean, breakfast buffet that’s a few steps above your standard typical family hotel free breakfast with a lot of hot and cold options, We actually stayed here overnight to leave on a cruise the next day, but we all said that next time we’re in Orlando, we would come back for sure! We highly recommend this hotel for families! And a big Thank You to Demaris for her kindness, professionalism and an all around really nice experience!

I can’t review the actual property because we did not get to stay there. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled and even though there were over 500 flights cancelled on that particular day, the hotel would not give me a refund. They said it was too late, even though I called as soon as I found out. They didn’t ask for any proof or and type of documentation that I had which was very unfortunate. We were in town due to the death of my father so we were going to be spending time with family. This put Ann extra strain on my mother that was extremely unnecessary. The front desk employee was very nice and it was not her fault at all but she had to call management who stated there would be a penalty which the the one night stay. We actually had to go to Tampa and fly in to there instead of Orlando the next day. So it was just a terrible experience all in all which really is upsetting to me because I was just trying to do something to help my mom get through this difficult time by beinging closer to our family

This was our first time staying at a Staybridge Suites. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice and spacious the room was. The property was very close to the airport, so we were able to make a very early flight.

This room was more like a timeshare experience! The kitchen was beautiful and stocked with everything that we needed. There is a very large TV area for our whole family with a separate door to the bedroom. There were two comfortable beds and the bathroom was huge. The colors were beautiful, the bed was amazing, and it was a very large room. I will always stay here when I come to Orlando! I almost forgot to mention the breakfast. The eggs actually looked real and fluffy and tasted good with an assortment of breads and muffins, waffles, oatmeal and cereal, bacon, turkey bacon, and hashbrowns.

Our flight didn’t arrive until about 1AM. Once we had luggage, I called the hotel for the shuttle. The shuttle arrived real fast and it was a quick ride to the hotel. The front desk clerk was amazing. He was so friendly and helpful.

The room itself was fine. In fact, we've stayed in this exact same room before, and loved it. This time, though, it was warmer and the air conditioner was more active. It would come on every 10 minutes and run loudly for a couple of minutes. It was very difficult to sleep through, even with ear plugs.

Outside door to hallway has several layers of slopped paint. Could use some sanding to make it look smooth. The door from the bathroom into the bedroom has been taken off, why i don't know. It makes it hard to sleep if someone is in the bathroom due to the lights being on. One of the outlets in the kitchen does not work and the outlet in the living room is very loose. Stains on the couch. Overall it's an ok hotel. It can use some attention to detail though. The room is clean.

Convenient to the airport. Decent small trail/sidewalk system in the area for walking or jogging. The rooms were very clean, although the common areas were a little beat up and dated. Comfortable beds. Courteous staff. Breakfast was very clean and adequate, but not great.
