Thank you for your review. I’m sorry you were not aware of the amenities for the brand. Spark brand only offers the bagel bar as their breakfast and has removed the microwaves and clocks. In regard to the toilet, we would have been more than happy to assist with the issue had we known. We hope you will join us again in the future if ever in the area.

As we are renovating there are some things on back order such as the pool furniture, work out equipment and towels. The breakfast is now a bagel bar and the in room amenities are limited but we do offer coffee 24 hours a day and cups are at the coffee bar. We will relay your comments to the brand for future consideration in adding different options. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will reconsider using us in the future.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We are under renovations and trying to get the hotel to our new brand standards. We no longer have a hot breakfast or tv's in the living room with the new brand, but we are working on future additions. I know that you spoke with Jackie and we approved a full refund for the hotel stay, but we are waiting for Orbitz to contact us regarding the refund. Please note that you must initiate this so we they can process your refund. We hope you will join us again once everything has been completed.
