“Best 5 day trip yet”

Had a FANTASTIC time for the 5 days that we stayed. Already looking at booking for next year and staying longer.... Beautiful spot. great location. Dont have a negative thing too say.

“Oasis in middle of Everything”

Very pleasant hotel with lovely well kept grounds. Several pool areas which were well serviced and clean. All staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Only downfall was the "free breakfast and welcome gift" that was attached to a sales presentation.

“Sept 3 Visit”

This is an oustanding property. We stayed 10 nights in a 2 beadroom suite Rm 13403 Key West nice view with no noise, pools were clean and well attended to. All staff we interacted with were freindly. As for all the negative time share comments from others, anyone who goes to a free breakfast to attend a high pressure sales talk should expect just that high. Pressure to purchase, thats their job!!!! If your not into a time share than don't go and if the phone rings and it is not your cell but your room phone don't answer, no troubles.

Our resort was amazing! The room exceeded our expectations. The hotel was in a great location for everything and we felt very secure. Can't wait to go back! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

“Sheraton Vistana”

We booked this hotel through expedia from Aug. 15-20, 2009. We had a 2 bedroom suite. There are 6 people in our party including children and I found it to be spacious. I like the fact that there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry. We got the newest building too so that was a plus. Make sure you request it at check-in. The downside is it's a little further to the pool. Pool was great. My kids had a blast there. They have waterfalls. I was told that there are several pools but we only went to one. The downside is that you have to pay for shuttle to go to the parks and it's $9.00 per person round trip. So for us it would have been $45.00 per day. The schedule is not that great either so we ended up renting a car. There is a supermarket closeby if you drive but alittle bit further for a walk especially in the summer. Overall,we enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Vistana.

This is our second time at this hotel. It has expanded and maintained it's standard. There are alot of activities for all ages. My 12 year old son loved the pool table and ping pong by the pool. Pool was good temp. to swim. Would definitely go back next year for longer.

The hotel was better than we'd even expected. The website pictures looked great - it's even better in person. Great place to stay. Would highly recommend it.
