We had a great time at the residence, Inn Marriott by Universal. The staff was friendly. The rooms were awesome. We were in walking distance of restaurants. We have to Uber to get to universal or we rode the shuttle one day to get there. It was a great experience and I would definitely consider staying there again.

Great place to stay when visiting universal studios. They also have a shuttle service. Breakfast was good and the pool lovely but chilly in March.

We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, their staff was great, friendly and breakfast was good. The transportation option was great and convenient after walking around Universal. It was very nice to have a kitchen option in the room.

Like the coffee availability all day long as well as fresh water dispenser in the lobby. The breakfast was well stocked. However, the gym had missing weights and the temperature was to high for a workout

Conveniently located near Universal Studios, free shuttle to parks and about 20 mins walkabke distance. Rooms clean, breakfast included with decent choice of buffet. Free parking. Washer and dryer on premises for $2 each. Little functional kitchenette in the room. We were a party of 5 and we were allvery satisfied.

Everything except one problem were the walls not being or close sound proof. I could hear the person place a glass on the table. I am actually thinking about going back at this time because the parking and breakfast are included which does help the pocket :) Other than that 5 stars!

I'm highly disappointed with the night time staff. There was not any soap, shampoo, or conditioner in the shower dispensers. I called the front desk to get help with providing soap, shampoo, and conditioner to my room. I am permanently handicapped. The front desk said that they had soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but they were not able to bring the items to me. I just had neck and back surgery done. I explained that to the front desk employee. I have trouble walking. The front desk employee said that they can't bring me what I paid to have in the room previously to my arrival. I feel disrespected that due to my disabilities, I was unable to shower and clean myself properly like I paid to do. To not make accommodations for a handicapped person due to housekeeping's laziness to properly provide soap, shampoo, and conditioner is extremely hurtful and disrespectful. The American with disabilities federal program should be contacted and the incident reported. The girl at the front desk was too lazy to bring soap, shampoo, and conditioner up to my room, so I could shower. She may not be allowed to due that due to management problems. I hope that the next disabled guests don't have the same type of disrespect and unaccommodating services that I was provided during my stay. Something should be done about this! If we should involve the federal government, I'm willing to testify. Buyer beware!

Front desk staff was very friendly. Shuttle to universal was great. Stored our bags after we checked out so we could visit universal for a few hours before leaving Orlando. Breakfast was good too.

Location was very close to Universal. We left our Samsung tablet in the room after checkout, but didn't realize it until several hours later. The front desk said to call the following morning to speak with Housekeeping; I was so pleasantly surprised to find out that they had it and were preparing to mail it to me. As we were still in town, I promptly went to retrieve it. Many kudos to you Residence Inn and staff!

Walking distance to universal and close to the mall and outlets. We had a room on the 1st floor and the windows didn’t open so the room was stuffy and smelled like food from the last guests. The a/c unit is loud but nice and cold. Housekeeping kept the rooms clean and did the dishes which was an unexpected treat. We would stay there again on a higher floor.

Very clean, safe and friendly staff. Only thing we disliked was housekeeping comes every other day. Every time they came, we were in our room so they skipped us. We only had our room cleaned once the whole week. Besides that, highly recommend. Bought Universal tickets online and hotel was able to print from Universal desk instead of picking up at will call. Breakfast was hot, fully stocked and clean every morning. Great stay overall!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Upon arrival I needed to make a last minute change to my room and the friendly staff was able to accommodate me all with a smile. I’d definitely stay here again as it was very clean and comfortable. Thank you great staff at Residence Inn near Universal!

Had an amazing stay, would come back again, free breakfast was good, they change up a few of the options every day. Staff was extremely friendly, had an early flight and they allowed us to check in early with an available room, and also had a late flight out so they gave us a day pass key to hang out by the pool and other areas until we had to leave, as well as storing our luggage for us. Room was cleaned every 2 days. Free shuttle service to and from universal studios. Over all great place, and many great restaurants in walking distance, and some shopping malls near by.
