The Villas in this hotel are amazing!!! We loved every minute of it. The hotel is beautiful also Would love to come back again!!!

“Best Service - July 16-21 2009”

Service was exceptional, especially Myra and her concierge staff at the Villas. My husband and I prefer a higher floor and Myra did everything she could to accomodate us. We appreciate her expedited manner in helping us with this request. The Villas are spacious, beautiful and worth the stay for roomy comfort. We had two children(7,9) who enjoyed the lazy river and room service who delivered the meals made ready for a king. I have no complaints. The shuttle service to Disney parks was convenient. We at times opted for the non free ride in the town cars which were always available. Being at the Omni is truly being at a resort, I never felt like I was not on vacation. The cleaning staff paid attention to detail with pride. The kids loved seeing the shapes of elephants made out of bath towels. The tissues were popping out of their box with an artisitc touch. Thank you staff for having such high standards in all areas of your hotel.

“Great Resort”

It was a great place to stay for our honeymoon. Beautiful landscaping and a nice quiet area to relax. The only downside were the prices at some of the shops within the resort.

“Very Nice Villa's”

The Villa's are well maintained and the hotel facilities are excellent. The Villa's are excellent for a large group of travelers.

we went over a holiday weekend (friday through monday). on friday, service was great! very responsive and appreciative. on saturday, it was a diff story. as Select Guests, we were afforded a complimentary morning bev and turn down service. of the three morning bev, one morning, they forgot my wife's hot tea and the next morning they didn't even come. on turn down service, day one was 2 bottles of water, a milk for my son and chocolate chip cookies. the next 2 nts, just a mix and choc chip cookie, no waters. sat and sun by the pool, no chairs were available (people were hoarding seats). overall, the hotel was great! they became overwhelmed when the occupancy rate increased. for our anniversary and son's bday they gave us a 6 inch cake and chocolate strawberries.

It is excellent! Great service.Need a Villa with Kids. I already recommend my family and friends to go this place and have a peaceful vacation with lazy river and great water slide and swimming pool and don't have get out from this place if they want. If you playing golf, you will like this place... If I will get a great deal next time, I will go this place again....

“Loved This Hotel!”

My husband and I recently visited this hotel for our anniversary and family vacation. The hotel has three diffent pools and an awesome lazy river. The exterior & interior of the hotel was amazing. Our 4 & 7 yr old LOVED Camp Omni! The camp offers a meal plan & will watch your kids for two hours while you dine at one of the hotel's restaurants. This gave us down time to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel offers many activites-basketball, volleyball, tennis, video games and a shuttle to DisneyWorld. Also, the hotel is withing walking distance to Publix grocery store and many eatting places. We did have a few issues Twice roomservice forgot to clean our room. The pipes were really loud everytime we showered and you can hear everybody passing through the hallway. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and we CAN NOT wait to return for Spring Break! “Excellent property”

This is an excellent hotel... not cheap (a lot of semi hidden charges) but nevertheless a great place to stay if you have kids and/or like golfing...

Staff are friendly and helpful. Great place for golfers. My wife is a beginner. We played the par 3 course together many times. On days I play the 18 holes, she shops or relaxes at the pool.
