This property is perfect for all families, couples or even travelers traveling a lone. Its clean, has a luxurious feel in the lobby. There are 6 or 8 oz shampoo, conditioner and body washes in each bathroom! No need to bring your own. It has an included buffet breakfast. Which luckily upon our stay they beginnto alternate what they serve. Youll love the spicy potatoes and sausage links with gravy! They have a wide variety of food , staff is helpful and friendly. Very pleasant experience on our short notice trip. We did also return

Misleading rating. It’s definitely Not 4 stars hotel. Close to 1-2 stars motel. No bright lights in room( only at bedside table)no microwave in room, no hot water in a shower, no chairs and no table to sit. Dirty bedsheets, soap / shampoo containers are empty. Very disappointed with my stay.

I can say that for a cheap guick stay it was nice,my kids played at the playground,but most the bikes and stuff for the kids were all broken..but the rooms were clean and beds were clean..ill deff book again for a guick stay..

The floors get flooded everytime after a shower, the water stinks when you turn on in bathroom, the pool wasn’t clean properly, very cloudy and debris. The breakfast isn’t good at all.

I very rarely post reviews.. Conceptually and aesthetically this place looks cute , like a cute boutique motel geared towards families. Lots of cute, positive sayings all around, but, the rooms missed the mark. Our room was an absolute dump. The shower is coming out of the wall, the tub didn’t drain so when showering , you’re just showering in standing water. There was someone else’s hair all over the tub, shower wall, and bathroom wall. The walls in the bathroom are filthy and I believe full of mold. The bathroom is tiny, the fan in the bathroom doesn’t work. Didnt spend much time in the room, but everytime we came back, my daughter had a coughing fit, which i believe is due to mold. In addition, you can hear everything around you, above you, and outside . The bed sinks in the middle and creaky. The morning after we checked in, I walked to the front desk and asked them if someone could fix the shower. Nobody ever came. The second day, while we were out, I called the front desk atleast 4 times, and was immediately put on hold for upwards of 10 mins before I hung up. Our second night here, we came back after a long day of Disney to find several sheriff cars on property and Sheriff walking around looking for someone, or people. In short, I’m not sure why this place had such good reviews. I definitely would NEVER stay here again!

Hotel staff takes a very long time to answer the phone, I attempted on multiple occasions to call through my personal cellphone and through the phone in the room. Both were on different times for different reasons. The room itself wasn’t bad, just be aware of the fees which are mandatory when staying. The hotel advertises a low price on the app and then with the fees and taxes it comes out to the same amount that a better hotel ( in my opinion ) would charge.

I usually do not give a poor review but for this I would need to because the photos are very deserving. When I called to see if we could check in early due to having a really long flight and needed to shower and when I called which was as soon as we arrived, I was immediately placed on hold for almost 25min then we decided to drive to the hotel and by the time someone picked up the phone I was about 8min away then when I asked about early check in, I could barely understand the gentleman on the phone due to his accent. When I asked If we could to do an early check in we would have to pay $35 which to me is ridiculous. When we finally arrived to the hotel and got better information I was hit with a fee that I thought was already included in what I paid for when I reserved the room which was a resort fee which is even more ridiculous as it should be better explained when your looking to book there. if I would have known we’d have to pay an additional fee after what we had already paid we probably wouldn’t have stayed there. The room we were given was ok but it was not clean throughly some areas needed to be swept, possibly mopped as well, The bathroom was not in a great condition, it definitely needs remodeling. I can honestly say that it’s definitely NOT a 4 star hotel, not sure the other rooms in the hotel are in the same condition as the one we stayed at or not but I will definitely think again about staying there.

The staff are very untrained. Victor Pedro & Sayid all promised us an early check in meaning before 4 pm. We didn’t have a room until 7 pm. Spoke to the manager and his words were “what do you want me to do. We don’t have a room until a room is ready, you can continue to wait until a room is ready”. We booked 2 rooms and not 1 was ready until 7:30. The manager laughed at us when we said a room should have at least been ready at 4pm. When it wasn’t he said to go somewhere else. Also we booked thru Expedia which gave us a $10 food credit. Manager told us he would buy be honoring it due to us booking 2 rooms instead of one having the food credit. We also asked that they DO NOT come and clean the room but they still came in everyday even thou the DND sign was in the door. On the last day we asked for a late check out the same manager said “Sure if you give me $20”. Do not recommend this place at all. They also have a kids area with basketball nets and PS5 but you cannot use it unless you pay extra

Property was well kept. Around the clock security so I knew my kids were safe. No smoking is a plus. Most hotels/resorts don’t have a no smoking policy. I booked this resort specifically for my three children. They enjoyed themselves. Only issues were there wasn't much variety for breakfast, although it was very convenient not having to go out each morning for food. Not having a microwave in our room but in the common area was a little difficult, I have children, having to take them with me everytime I needed to heat up a bottle or food was a hassle. Even one star motels have microwaves. When we went to swim, we could never find towels. Our biggest issue (not even a big deal) was most toys were either broke, had no batteries, or was outdated. Everything my kids wanted to play with didn’t have the necessary equipment to actually play with it, (basketball hoops, xbox, to name a few) making these items assessable would be ideal given that it’s for families and kids. Aside from these very minor things, the stay was great. And we were treated great. Would stay again, and recommend.

This was a great kid friendly property with the lawn and toys along with the pool. There’s also a kids club with games and an arcade. There was a lot to do. Our room was very clean as well as the lobby and breakfast room. The breakfast was really nice, different options everyday. Even had Mickey Mouse pancakes, they looked cute but was very dry and tasteless. Cute nonetheless. Coffee was great. The pool was nice but moldy in some areas. The staff was always cleaning something, so I liked that. I just wished the bathroom had the detachable shower head to better shower the kids.

Magic Moments resort was exactly what we needed for our Disney stay. Clean, comfortable, inexpensive and close to the parks. The breakfast was decent, although I will say the need better coffee lol the staff was very kind, all areas were well kept and we had an overall inviting experience. My family and I will definitely be staying there again on our next Disney trip.
