Bed sheets had stains, the sheets and blankets were stiff, and the room had moisture. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I will never stay at this property again.

Staff were very help when our 1 bdrm smelled like paint. The fumes were so bad it gave our family of four headaches. They upgrades our room to a 3 bdrm, no additional charge. We played basket, mini golf, tennis, used the playground, and the pool. All were great!

We have been there many times. Perfect place. Close to Lake Buena vista and Disney Parks. 15 minutes away from Universal. Beautiful sand beach with two pools.

Everytime we travel to Orlando we have always stayed at this property. You get so much for your money. The units are spacious and gorgeous on the inside. The pools, beach, and game options on property give a family so much to do without having to spend excess money.

We enjoyed a quick weekend stay. This property was close to the Marriott One convention center where we had a cheerleading competition. I loved that the outlets were right around the corner.

Liked the small kitchen, don't think it was recently renovated but was very clean and offered us convenient option to eat some meals on site allowing us to eat out at least one meal a day. The pool was wondeful not crowded and nice and warm. The grounds were very well maintained with great activity options. When we texted for additional towels the staff delivered them promptly to our door. Overall one of the cleanest vacation condos we ever stayed and staff was helpful.

No hot water. Took forever to get barely luke warm water for a shower. Woken up at 12:30 AM by a group of kids running and yelling through the hall. Woken up at 4:30 by the people in the villa upstairs and their luggage wheels going across the tile floors, back and forth for ten minutes.

Overall everything was nice. We had an instance where someone had got our room door open at like 2am, we had the lock on the top which stopped them. Took it to the property’s attention but was never informed as told about what they found out. Other wise, nice property.
