Great location and clean room and hotel. Breakfast was very simple and always sausage no ham on the days I stayed. I was billed for parking when I checked out something that they never told me at check inn. Desayuno se ha danado repetitivo solo salchicha y nunca pusieron jamón para los dias que me quede.

The room they first gave us was by the elevator and was extremely noisy, we had noice all night long. In addition the A/C unit didn't work. We complained and they gave us another room which it was a lot better. The bathtub had mold and kept the water stuck all the time, but other than that was fine. Staff was average, not friendly, not mean.

I loved the location of this property. It's a nice hotel. Our room was nice and we could walk to everything we wanted to do while we were there.

Clean rooms. Nice breakfast and pool area. Beds were comfortable. Only downside was that the bathrooms do not have locking doors, only a sliding door that doesn't fully shut.

It was close to all the attractions. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was really good too. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Location convenient. A/C at the restaurant for breakfast was not working it was very hot and uncomfortable at the point we where sweating both days. Bathroom door did not close while other family members in room. A pink mold on shower head, and wall joints. Cleaning staff need to be more detail oriented.

All was great. But, unfortunately, seems like the elevator was not working properly. We had to wait 10 minutes to be able to get in the elevator and this was EVERY SINGLE TIME we needed to get to our room. I spoke with the front desk. All the time we were told WE DO NOT KNOW, ALL IS WELL BUT REGARDLESS I WILL TELL THEM. There is three elevators, only two were working and super slow.

Stayed here one night, rooms and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was everything you'd hope for when included with your stay. My only complaint was the business center room. One keyboard not working- I swapped from the other desktop but the light is on a VERY SHORT motion timer and in my 90 minute Zoom I had to stand up and wave my arms about 30 times. My Zoom host found this disruptive. I wish there was a way to just turn on the light and keep it on.

The hotel was nice, clean and not outdated. All of the staff was helpful and friendly throughout. I would stay here again and also recommend to a friend. My only complaints are the lobby had a strong smell and the a/c throughout (our room and dinning area) was not very cold.

Our stay was very good. The area near Hampton Inn had lots of dining options and attractions all of which were in walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. I definitely enjoyed my stay and would return again.

The room and property were amazing. The only thing I wish was nicer was the pool area. Maybe if more decor or nicer furniture was placed to give the same ambiance from the inside of the property would follow to the pool area

All staff was friendly and the location is very convenient to Uber to Universal Studios. There is a coffee station conveniently located by the check-in/breakfast area, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety for a great start to our busy day. Convenient parking on site as well. Would definitely recommend!
