The place was neat and had a awesome view. Front desk lady when checking in 04/24/2024 was the sweetest but the lady when checking out this morning 04/27/2024 was rude. The refrigerator didn’t work my whole stay but it didn’t bother me much. Besides that everything else was good!

The property it self was good. Our stay was horrible due to a college group staying at the property no sleep for two nights. They had music and party till 3am security kept telling them to shut it up and they would for 5 minutes and later the party was on again. The hotel was nice,clean and staff friendly but the college guest were horrible. We were there for a volleyball tournament with high school girls, as we were riding the elevator the college kids were drinking Vodka being loud. Not a good trip.

Very close to Universal Studios. Safe with elevators locked without a room key you have no access to floors. Only issue is doors slam very loudly when guest are coming and going.

The staff are amazing first off I want to point that out the rooms are clean from my experience. I got there early and they accommodated me. They we’re also able to give me a different room than I booked online. The pool is a friendly area with a very warm water felt good on sore bodies. Food was average for a hotel plenty of places to eat around. The area around the hotel has gone down as expected with the economy And hurricane, increasing homelessness Florida resident. Which I found sad for this area, as it should have money to help for the most “ magical place on earth”… sarcasm. The one thing I experienced at this hotel was within 10 minutes I was stocked I was already shook up by a car accident and traveling alone. I was wearing a tank top that showed my cardiac scars and was in the elevator, for a moment I forgot how the elevator worked that I had to put my key up to it A male individual helped me and then from there it escalated to the point that I had to get security involved. Security was amazing. Managment was amazing and I had no other issues. They were very caring about the situation and took it very seriously. So even though this incident happened, I recommended this hotel as it is affordable for the area hotel staff are amazing, rooms are clean and they were always willing to help. These incidents can happen anywhere so the fact that they took it seriously is nice not every place does. I recommend this hotel.
