Over all a nice place clean rooms and nice waterpark. Only complaint low wifi reception on third floor and no very much commitment from staff to help out with problem.

Hot mess

I am very disappointed with our booking. This hotel definitely didn't live up to our expectations. First of all, our room was very hot when we checked in, thought it was just because the room was empty and it was hot outside. By 7:30 p.m. it was still 90 degrees in the room. Maintenance came & was told that we would have to deal with it because it was so hot outside which is why the a/c wasn't making the room cold. We waited thinking maybe he was right. WRONG. We couldn't sleep in the bedroom until 1:00 a.m. because it was so hot. The next day when we woke up it was comfortable (not cold) and we spent most of the time at the pool/waterpark. The pool was so crowded the entire time with only a limited amount of lounge chairs. The pool had a minimum of 50 to 60 people in the pool at any given time. Went back to the room about 6:00 p.m., and had the same issue with the a/c. Tried calling front desk numerous times beginning at 8:00 p.m. and didn't even get the calls answered. The room was so hot that again, sleep didn't come for the kids and I until well into the early morning. Lastly, there is only one elevator and to use it, you have to go through the main lobby, which makes dragging all of your stuff a real pain up to the 3rd floor. When we checked out, I complained, but the person really didn't care, didn't take note of the situation and didn't request my information to have a manager contact me. We will not stay here again unless things change drastically.

Friendly workers. Even though it states that the waterpark has a cost of $8.00 for admission, I think it would be better if the amount paid for the room should include the waterpark. And having the same wristband for the guest during the stay it would be better than having to get a new wrist band everyday.

Was the worst time I ever had no internet to work they would not give me upstairs room the water part was more money no where did it say thst in writting befire I got there just very unhappy would never bring my Grandchildern or daughter Laurie

over-priced old hotel

Check-in took over an hour-- waterpark was NOT included in room rate- which was WAY OVERPRICED for an old hotel They wanted an additional $8 per person per day for use of the waterpark. We checked-out after 1 night and went to a different hotel. .

I was under the impression that this was a pet-friendly hotel with free continental breakfast. When I arrived, I had to pay a $50 pet FEE (and a $200 deposit for my pet), and breakfast was an additional charge. Also, the rooms...well, tile floors (not carpet), coffee but NO coffee maker, the tub faucet ran and would not shut off, and the tub handle kept falling off. Also, I had reserved a pool-side room, but was given a room next to the adjacent toll booth. All in all, It was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in years. Based on my experience, I would definitely NOT recommend.

the Hotel water was gross smell really bad even the sink water couldn't be used for wash my teeths or my hands, also the sofa bed look dirty.
