“Beautiful hotel, great location”

I always stay at Embassy Suites when possible. I was not disappointed with this one at Altamonte Springs. The front desk staff helped me with a couple of problems instantly and with courtesy and grace. They were amazing. I thought the breakfast was first-rate; fresh ingredients and the cook served up the egg dishes with a smile. Outside the hotel, there is a one mile walk around a lake; it is lit up at night and music is piped in. I found this a real treat after a long day. My only complaint with this hotel is that it is difficult to find the first time; more signs needed to get.

“One of the Best!”

Overall this was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. We have traveled all over the country and have stayed in many hotels. The interior (lobby, pool area, breakfast area) was gorgeous. Our room was tastefully and comfortably furnished. Some of the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our room and service. The complimentary, cooked to order breakfast buffet and evening cocktails only enhanced the luxury of our stay. Absolutely one of the best and we will be back in the future!!!

“Can't wait to go back!”

Convenient access from US 4, close to shopping and dining. Very clean with good hot tub, pool and sauna. Suite was large, clean, comfortable with close parking. Best stay I have had in awhile.

This hotel was amazing. The staff was also fantastic and very helpful with anything we needed wether it be things for the room or directions to surrounding areas and advice on what locations are good or better than others. They were very honest which was greatly appreciated. They totally went above and beyond anything you would expect. I highly reccomend this hotel to anyone travelling to that area. Even if it's slightly out of your way...stay at this hotel. THEY'RE AMAZING!!!

“Birthday Celebration for Grammy and Granddaughter”

After years of staying at Embassy Suites on business, I decided to bring my 4 year old granddaughter after our visit to Orlando's Holy Land Experience. It was wonderful...we loved the pool and whirlpool (tho the pool wasn't as warm as we'd have preferred).....And the amazing breakfast, with omlets cooked to order etc was something we looked forward to during the evening. A bit pricey but for my 73rd birthday spent with 4 year old Emily we were both very satisifed and plan to come again every year on my birthday.

“Great hotel”

Enjoyed staying at this hotel for 2 days. The good: * enough parking space for free * spacious rooms with 2 LCD tvs * quiet room with a window which can be opened * restaurants etc. in the neighborhood The bad: * breakfast service was a bit sloppy (no plates, long queues etc.) * room smelled of smoke though it was a non-smoking hotel (it was not bad enough for a formal complaint though)

“Great experience!”

The only fault I can find w/this hotel was that the walls were a little thin & could hear other toilets flushing, but I am a light sleeper. Otherwise, it was great. Breakfast bar had everything imaginable to eat & drink. Staff was really courteous, room was super clean. I was there w/family for bowl game. Traffic around all suburbs of Orlando was crazy the week after Christmas, so nice it was walking distance to mall & other restaurants. Our teens went to Universal one day & we spent the day walking around the big lake there listening to Christmas music & watching the birds--very relaxing. There was no WIFI, I found odd, maybe just that busy week? But they did have plenty of lobby computers for use. My husband ordered a turkey sandwich from room service late one nite, it was big enough to feed 3 of us & really good.
