my stay in winter park
the home is at least 60 to 70 years old. it has a poorly stocked kitchen, and the shared shower between the 2 bedrooms is a hazard for those with mobility issues. It has a drop into a pit at least 1 to 2 feet. The shower head is ancient and does not move at all. It is so old the metal is fused together. The sink faucet in the master bedroom is loose and very old. There is not even a hood fan in the kitchen nor is there a kettle for boiling water.The home backs onto a very busy and loud street call fairbanks. the overall location to everything is the only thing that saved this stay from disaster. I would not book this in the future.

The house description does mention the home has a deep step down shower shared by both bathrooms in this Winter Park cottage home. Great stay!
We had a wonderful time. The house is very clean, has all the conveniences++. The location is superb to downtown Winter Park and Orlando. It was great to have a fenced yard for the dog. Highly recommended.

Clean, great location, and responsive hosts! What more do you need? Don't hesitate to book this place! Close to Publix, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Walgreens, great restaurants, and more. Good Tacos a block away!!! My family enjoyed our stay!

Winter Park visit
It was great having a fenced in back yard. Our dog loved chasing squirrels & romping around in it. The location was convenient, although not walkable, to Park Ave restaurants & shopping. Would suggest possibly getting a couple of luggage stands. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect respite
Our stay at this property was so wondeful. It was a last minute reservation and we had great communication with the property manager as well as a lovely welcome with snacks and refreshments waiting for us upon arrival. The neighborbood was quiet and felt very safe. The beds were so incredibly comfortable and the house was clean and very cozy. Additionally its conveniently located right off I-4 which made it easy to commute to other parts of Orlando.
