We were displaced by a flood. They refused to help with the price. We wanted sodas, and the manager refused to give me ones. Instead I had to buy 5 sodas, and she opened the machine and pocketed the money. The tub had human hair in it. The refrigerator wouldn't keep our food cold, and the room couldn't get cool even though the high was only 45 degrees. The sink was clogged, and when they fixed it they didn't clean up afterwards or put the rest of the sink together. And one of the electrical outlets was literally hanging out of the wall and the microwave was dirty. Will never stay again

Need to make sure extra pillows are available. We couldn’t have extra for a 2 night stay. The writing needs to be cleaned off of the drawers. Can’t give enough towels for the amount of people in the room. Would only give me 3 new ones for the second day. I had myself, my husband and our 3 children in our room to shower with 3 towels. The pool is way too hot. The pool should not feel almost as hot as the hot tub.

This hotel was so dirty and gross and braking down. Total disaster. I will never stay there again and I called their corporate office to complain. The room we got was filthy and they wouldn’t give me a discount on my room and when they tried to make me move to another room it was just as dirty and broke down. The elevator was barely working and dirty as well. And when i went to check out there was no one at the desk so I called the hotel number and the manager told me to leave my key he was sleeping. I was shocked.

The hotel smelled like smoke, floor under bed was filthy, homeless guy sitting on the stairs in the middle of the night. Told us they didn't have any towels for swimming. Wont stay again!

Needs to be shut down..
From walking in the front door the first day the lobby smelt like a cat litter box, vending machines didn't work, no remote for the tv, no cane I channels like it said, the king size bed sunk in the middle, stains on the bed skirt, and walls, never saw bedbugs but my boyfriend and I both woke up with bites on our legs. Some lights didn't work in room.. Never again will I stay here ..the only good thing about this hotel was the gas station within walking distance.. Spend a little extra money stay somewhere else.. This place is a dump!

The bathroom bad hairs in tub area and strimg from priop guest accompanied by cobwebs in corner. Floors being wooden were dirty and dust visable. Also front of a/c heater umit was off with two filters detached from unit. Also a roll of tape was on desk.

It was evident that maintenance has been neglected for sometime. The device to turn the shower on and off was corroded and very hard to use. The lock on the door was secured to the metal strip around the door but not the wall. So it could have been ripped away very easily. Furniture had nicks. The mattress was very very supportive.

Not very many convenient outlets, no alarm clock in room, no bible in drawer, soap dispenseries were empty, red mark on pillow, white mark on head board and side of drawer next to bed. A/C worked well,plenty of towels and toilet paper, good working mini refrigerator and microwave.

There was old food on the remote for the TV. The Light did not work for the bathroom, we had leave the hall light on to use the bathroom. When we were to flush the toilet it leaked in back, my son almost slipped on the floor. All of the soap dispensers were empty. There were food marks on the walls.

When i called to figure out an issue the woman at the front desk hung up on me. There was mold on the shower head, there was other peoples trash under the bed, a dildo on top of the elevator light cover, the smell of smoke in the elevator and stairs choked me, and one hour before we were supposed to check out a couple tried to get in our room with a room key. Apparently they had booked the same room and were sondering why there were 2 girls in their room. Overall a bad expirence and would not recommend to anyone.

ROOM WAS DIRTY WITH OLD FOOD ON FLOOR AND FOOD WRAPPERS. NO TOWELS, NO REMOTE TO THE TV, REQUESTED A REMOTE THEY GAVE US A BROKEN ONE THAT DIDN'T WORK. BATHROOM WAS DIRTY. More bath towels needed-there were only 2 in the room. More outlets needed in general. Tub/shower needs a tub stop and the shower head needs to be replaced so all holes are spraying-there's not near enough water pressure. Temperature of water was great, plenty of hot water to get 3 nice hot showers. Nice room, great value.

It was a fine hotel. The room cleanliness was not quite to my liking, but it was doable. The hotel was only a short walking distance from the gas station and the event my friend and I were attending, so that was great. The pool doesn't look like much, but it gave for a nice pass time when I had free time. Overall I had a pretty good stay!

Not happy with the location, was hidden behind a gas station and car wash (my view). No carpeting on floors, phone did not work, had to call management twice to fix it. Bed uncomfortable, cheap pillows. Continental breakfast not worth attending. No deal for the price ( $129.00 Cdn, not worth it).

Frustrating Weekend
First of all it took me 45 minutes to locate the are with using GPS it said extended stay hotel then I called the number and asked for their location I was surprised that it was Americas Best also I was given of Haskel st which is wrong it was Grover St. Then I saw a cockroach in the bathroom, the place is just dirty overall. I will not go back their again.

The worst experience ever! The concierge had to move me twice before he could find an acceptable room. The second and third rooms had no smoke detectors. The bathroom door was loose at the hinges and had to be lifted to shut. An electrical outlet box was extruding from the wall. The full mirror on the bathroom door was broken. There was no fire escape diagram or rate guide on the entry door. Part of the peep-hole was missing on the entry door. Only one ice-machine for the entire building. The elevator was missing some floor-indicator lights and others were unlit.

Cheap enough and comfy bed
I was one 6th floor so I had a great view of the town. The parking lot lights where bright enough the curtains wouldn't block them out but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Quiet evening and a comfortable bed... I'd never seen laminate/wood floors in a hotel before, that was different. Downsides, the door flip lock in the room I was staying in was broken off so that was a little unnerving. Some of the paint was chipped on the walls and the windows had obvious leak damage.

The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly. And not creepy friend either. But the hotel itself was horrible, gross, discusting. Staned carpet in hallway on 3rd floor. Get in my room room 306 looked nothing like the picture. It was falling apart. Black mold by the ac/heatwr controls. Dirty sink. Some peed on the tub. And im guessing house keeping missed it. Holes in the wall stuffed with paper. Furniture matched but was in poor condition. Room didnt lock. And i was told its ok. This is a safe hotel. Was in my room not even a half hour. I did not feel salf. With me and my child staying there. Called Expedia immediately. Got my room refunded and left. If i would have stayed would not have slept. All i wa ted to do was cry. Because i was scared. I do t recommend this plaace to anyone. The only good thing was the staff that checked me in. And the u understanding manager that refunded me. Ive stayed at quite a few hotels. And this was unacceptable.

One hiccup but overall good stay
At first I was a little upset cause we walked into our room and it hadn't been cleaned up from the people before. Luckily we got another room right away and didn't have to wait. The room was really nice but the hotel itself needs some TLC. I can tell it's a work in progress. Overall our stay wasn't bad. Just a small hiccup. Kids enjoyed the pool and and we enjoyed the hot tub.

Very convenient location right off the freeway but the facility appears to be in the middle of a needed facelift, so there are quite a few workmen around, and they use the only elevator in the place to move their tools and materials - very inconvenient. Also, the pool and hot tub look...murky.
