Clean, comfortable, and convenient
This is a nice new hotel near St. Bonaventure University. We came with extended family for a basketball game and enjoyed our comfortable stay. The only negative was that the pool was closed for cleaning, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault; a guest was sick in the pool.

It was okay.. the hotel was well taken care and clean. Breakfast was surprising in that it wasn't even warm at times.. and they ran out of food a couple of times. Someone didn’t figure in the amount of people that were staying there.

I’m not sure why they are rated a 2 star hotel, but I have no complaints. I’m a travel nurse and stay in hotels all over and I’ve stayed in 4.5 star hotels that were more like a 2. Everything seemed new. The room even smelled good when I walked in.

The pool was unavailable due to someone’s kid pooping in the pool. They only told us after we checked in and my family was so looking forward to using the pool. No comps or anything to make up for it, not even a free water. Noisy hotel due to wedding. Very dissatisfied

Came in in the night with heavy rain, property was not well marked, but when we found the right driveway we were pleased by the hotel staffs knowledge of the area and cleanliness of all areas. Great stay will stay again!

Fabulous Front Desk Employees...
We cannot stress enough how thorough and accommodating the staff was in checking us in. We had a last minute adjustment we urgently needed rectified. Desk Manager Taylor and Carlos went above and beyond in addressing our needs and concerns, making the check in process and stay stress free! There is no other hotel chain we will ever consider in the future.

This hotel is quite new and has state of the art conveniences in each room - it took me awhile to figure out how to work the television screen and the shades on the window. The breakfast was very good. I forgot some items in my room, but I called them and have them, and will mail them to me. The staff of the hotel was very cordial.
