My stay since the beginning was completely awful I was treated with the most rude behavior ever from check in to check out with a dirtiest room hallways and outside areas I've ever seen in my life. I felt like a second rate citizen and was treated as such. Also I noticed they were using all kinds of equipment for bed bugs and stuff in the bottom floor right beneath me and don't even bother to tell me they're doing it I've never felt anything like this before in my life

After checking in to the hotel, we were so appalled by the condition of our room, we immediately checked out. The common areas smelled as though something had died, the door to the balcony didn’t lock and nothing felt clean. There were holes in the wall and the hallways were dark and dingy. We didn’t feel safe or secure. While the rate was inexpensive, still we expected the property to be habitable. It was not.

This place needs to be torn down! We had a non-smoking room and it had a horrible smell. Tub had stains, carpet was dirty, trim around bathroom door was missing with exposed nail.....very dangerous as we could have ripped our skin open at the ankles if we hadn't been paying attention.
