The room I was assigned to was not clean. The sheets was not change, someone left there specimen on the sheets, there was hair & eye lashes on the bathroom floor and someone’s food in the fridge. They gave me a 2nd room, upon entering it smelled like a dead body and mildew. Finally I was given a 3rd room and it had clean sheets but food in fridge, SMH! I have stayed there previous and it was exceptional, but this go-round they get 0.0 STARS!

After I got to my room after 10pm, there was a group of guests in the hall that was yelling, slammin doors, and pounding on doors. I had to sleep fully clothed and with the lights on. I told management first thing in the morning, asking to be switched to a different floor. They told me they would tell the guests to be quiet, but were unable to change my room. When I told them I didn't feel safe and couldn't stay another night, I was laughed at, and didn't get a refund

The room had a bad odor and the sheets and pillowcases were dirty and stained like they had not been cleaned. There was a whole bunch of hair and dirt balls in the hallway. The elevator wasn’t working and they did not do anything to fix it or put a sign on it.

We check in afternoon, the overhead light was blinking like a strobe light, as we entered our room, they did fix it properly, when in to take shower no water pressure to wash soap out of Wife's hair, tub stained up she was not going to set in it,

Hot water only worked half the time, our room only had 1 towel and rag for 2 guests, the toliet wouldn't flush unless you took the back off, and there was water damage around the tub. The hotel was clean and had nice workers.

Booked for proximity to the hospital. Website pictures looked fine. Room 204 has multiple stains across carpet and curtains, including a red stain near the nightstand that appears to be blood. The shower wall was covered in long hairs. Think rats nest not a couple stray hairs. How do you miss that in cleaning? Nasty to say the least. I have pics so others can steer clear of this hotel, but don’t see how to attach to this review. Never have I ever stayed somewhere so gross. Front desk attendant just said sorry, took a pic of my phone pic, said he’d send to manager. Haven’t heard from anyone yet.

I canceled my reservation to this hotel because I needed to change my dates. And I went through Expedia to cancel my stay. This hotel did not communicate so therefore I was charged and could not get my refund. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone lack of communication and lack of management.

My second booking was worse than my first. There were people in the room next to me that were fighting so badly my lamps were shaking on the tables. When I left the next morning to go to work there were liquor bottles lined up by my car.

The dirty carpets needs more attention. The beds look very old. The mattress springs are marked, but the most disgusting thing is that they have cockroaches. I had to take my suitcase to my car since I don't want them to get in and come with me.

They need to provide a decent cart for guests to transport their luggage to their rooms. Additionally, the lack of bathroom ventilation in their rooms was the worst part of the experience.

Front desk guy was super rude. Kitchen staff was rude. Watched them argue with another man because a minute past breakfast cut off he asked for a plate and knife as she was rushing us to leave the dining area. Front desk guy started screaming at the other guest & kicked him out. Definitely could’ve started my morning better.
