What a gem of a place. Rooms are small but they are only to sleep in right. There is plenty of place to make dinner and enjoy it. Would highly recommend it

The property is centrally located, the accomodations are outstanding, and the owner, Saso, is a prince of a man! He is extraordinarily helpful and speaks excellent English. A 5 star experience!

Perfect location, great apartment
Stayed in studio apartment with our two kids and we loved it. Very small room, but clean and good a/c. Kitchen was great - supermarket and bakery next door so we made dinner and breakfast. Owner Sacha was super friendly and helpful, always around if anything needed. We parked right outside no problem. Location perfect - walking distance to anything in the old town, 2 mins from the main pedestrian street.

Excellent place & an even more excellent owner.
Very good value establishment at an excellent location in one of the main squares -- an easy stroll through a pedestrianized street lined with shops, restaurants, gelaterias & money-changers to the lake-shore. Studio well-furnished & spotlessly clean. Saso, the owner, is an incredibly easy-going & cordial host who goes all out to help his guests.

The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and serviced daily. EXCELLENT location in the centre of old town square and 400m to the lake. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Great location, comfort, and hospitality
Had a great night's sleep for a brief stay in Ohrid. I would highly recommend the accommodations at Luccia Apartments. The owner is absolutely wonderful in terms of providing assistance and the rooms are perfectly located in the Old Town area. Everything is within walking distance. I highly recommend.

Perfect Place for Relaxing Time in Ohrid Lake
Leisure travel to the Ohrid area. I needed a place to stay for one night. Luccia apartments was the perfect place. The location is the best. Right in the old town close to the bay front and local area attractions.

Convenient location and helpful hosts
The hotel is a great value for the price. It is within walking distance of the Old Town, the lake and restaurants. The owner was very accommodating and gave us recommendations on good restaurants and attractions within the Old Town. He met us outside of the market to walk us to the hotel. He also recommended that we should take our bus the next day to Skopje outside of the market instead of going to the bus station, which it made more convenient for us. His son even accompanied us to the spot to wait for our bus to Skopje. I highly recommend this hotel.

Best hotel in Ohrid!
We recently spent 5 nights at Luccia Apartments with our two daughters. We had the most wonderful time! Our room was comfortable and clean with a nice deck to sit outside. There is also an excellent restaurant right across the street where you can order food for your room (helpful when travelling with young children). The owner, Saso went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. Thank you Luccia Apartments!

Great location
This room was really an efficiency apartment. It was clean and comfortable. It is listed as 2 star because it is not glamorous, but a great place to return to after a day wandering Ohrid. The balcony was great although the view was the alley below. The hotel is next to a good restaurant. Have the pizza. It is baked in a wood fire oven. The hotel owner, Saso, is great. Very helpful and a really nice guy. The apartments are well located just off the main square. You have easy access to stores and services. Good price and comfortable accomodation.

Absolutely superb, well placed, good property!
The owner could not have been nicer! What a fantastic place to stay! He came to meet me from the Taxi (as this property is just 1mins walk inside the pedestrian zone) so that I knew where to go. He gave me maps, told me all the best places to walk, he even helped me sort out my onward bus ticket as it was all in Russian print. On my last day he even got up early before 7am to drive me up the road to the bus station. This property is in a good location, is well priced and is clean and the owner really tops it off and will guarantee you a good stay. I travel over 100 days a year and am a Hotels Gold member and I barely ever write reviews but this place is fantastic.

Amazing value for money, fantastic location
The owner is very friendly, greeted me by name when I arrived (rather than scrabbling for papers as is often the case even with small properties) and was available if you needed assistance. Able to take credit card payment too. The room was quite simple and not the most modern, but well equipped, clean and actually quite a lot of space. Had a fridge, sink, cutlery/crockery, and a couple of camping hobs/hotplates to use for cooking. Had table and sofa seating plus a balcony with table and chairs. The balcony wasn't overlooked by any other buildings or rooms which was really nice to have some privacy to sit out. The walls were a little thin in terms of hearing people coming/going or using the shower next door, but not in a particularly troubling way. The location was really good, just off the square with the iconic tree. They have a sandwich board on the square pointing the way (as it's just tucked round a little corner behind a restaurant) - not sure I would have found it otherwise, but once you find it it's easy. Provided a map of Ohrid and some tourist info. Sure he would have provided more if I had asked. Helped with bus info to get to next destination. I would stay here again.

A cosy apartment at the center of Ohrid with great
The location is both outstanding - if you don't have a car - as it's just at the main square of Ohrid (Chinar, where a nice promenade starts, leading to the lakeside), and annoying - if you do have a car - since there absolutely is no true free parking place there and even nearby (sometimes no place at all). So you have to rely on the owner to take care of the parking place for you (he does that pretty well, but you'll have to find him every time you need to park). Either way, note that it's about 5-10 minutes walk from the lake. Back to the owner - he's extremely kind, knowledgeable, and useful source of information. From the first moment we reached the place we've had only smiles, and found him to be a great host, who'd like to give you as much information as you can have. When there was a wifi connectivity problem, he immediately solved it, and gave us some good advises about Galicica NP, St. Naum, Bitola, and generally about driving in the country.. I can only wish to have similar hosts everywhere I stay. The apartment we had (stayed 3 nights) was very satisfying. It was a good-size, yet not spacious, a nice balcony with view of Galicica NP (no lake view from the apartments in this building), and had a small kitchenette for some cooking, equipped with mini-bar, small electric stove, some plates etc. Bathroom was clean comfortable, but the shower had some minor leakage from the side.

Excellent owner and apartments to boot
I just thought Sasho was AMAZING just like his apartments. The apartment first of all is really clean, with all the right facilities (sink, cooking area, awesome wifi, fridge, aircon, tv, even bathroom slippers!). Very clean and even a lovely balcony. The location is absolutely perfect to epxlore beautiful Ohrid from. On to Sasho - he is a really kind hearted gentleman - from the moment he picked us up till the moment we left Ohrid - and even after! He showed us around Ohrid, even dropped us off for a hike up the mountains. He owns a pizzeria and even took us for lunch there. We had pizza and wine for dinner one night and laughed and shared stories - such a wonderful personality! I highly recommend you meet Sasho and stay at Luccias! Excellent value for money too!

easy to confuse with villa luccia, so take notice. luccia apt are near the market square about 5 min walk to lake. it is near center of old town and convenient to all sights. not for luxury, but practical. small area for kitchen (we never used). shower is small. good internet . staff is great. washed our clothes for free. took us to bus station.

Much Better Than A 5 Star Hotel
A perfect apartment with kitchen, bathroom and a balcony. Great location, at the center of Ohrid. Thanks to Saso, we felt like at our own house. Very pleased with his hospitality. All the time he interested with us even about organizing a parking card for our car. I am sure that next time we will be at Luccia Apartment.

価格相当か。狭くてあまり清潔とはいえない。あとで気づいたけど、チェックアウトが1時間ほど遅れたが、勝手に５００DEN(1泊料金は１５９０DEN) の追加料金をカードに請求された。最初の支払い時にカード払いしたが、追加についてはサインもPINコード入れていないのに支払い済みのレシートが別のメモと一緒あった。メモはスコピエまでのバス時刻表とバス会社を記したもの。こちらに目が行きレシートには気づかなかった。こんなこと勝手にできるのだろうか。カード会社に支払い停止を求めることにした。

You can check it if you contact Hotels.com Also, you can check, on your reservation at Luccia Apartments is written - "Hotel Collect the Payment". That means, Hotels.com never charge anything in advance. Your payment is at the hotel upon your arrival. So, it's not possible to pay any amount by card in advance when book in Luccia Apartments. Also, please check, that total cost of your reservation for Senior Suite is 1590 MKD and, we charged that amount when you payed with your card on your check-out. Nothing more. So, we think that, with your comment, guests can think that they can be deceived at Luccia Apartments which is, NOT A TRUE. And, reflects on our reputation. Eher nicht so gut
Bad renovierungsbedürftig, Baulärm von außen, erst nach zwei Tagen wurden die Mülleimer geleert und insgesamt gesäubert, Ausstattung eher nicht zum selber kochen geeignet. Dafür und das ist ein grosses Plus gab es eine freundliche Rezeption die wirklich weitergeholfen und sich gekümmert hat.
