The receptionist was extremely warm welcome with us, the hotel is well care and the balcony view it's absolutely beautiful. The amenities provided it was okayish we prefer to use our products. "I stayed in this hotel with my daughter for a quick visit in Ohrid. The receptionists were accommodating and the restaurant staff were helpful. The food in the breakfast buffet were not great. The room was dirty & dusty. The cleaner simply empties the bin and didn't clean our room. I had to prompt her to vacuum. Our booked room was a regular room and when I saw it, it was so disappointing.
