I didn't see the print all the way at the bottom of the page explaining there is no front desk to check in with. Apparently you're supposed to receive an email 48 hours before your visit. I did not receive it. And yes, I looked everywhere. Spam, trash, archive... So after working all day and having about an hour spare time I had to use it to find some way to get through to Expedia deal with them and finally have them call the hotel. In addition, I was at the hotel 3 nights and there was no room service. Water pressure for the shower was low. I see others thought the bed was okay, I thought it was only okay.
