Hello William Bear, your stay was for 2 nights as is clearly stated in your reservation details from Kayak/Expedia. When we have pointed that out you said that you were expecting to stay until midnight on the day of your check in. The hospitality industry doesn't work that way. Check in time is usually around 11am on the day of check out. We have also not charged you any more than your reservation total amount was. We were readily available to answer any questions or concerns the moment you called us however you started yelling and swearing and hung up the phone.

We also have a dedicated emergency line for guests to get in touch with regarding any emergencies after 12 AM. While we do not offer traditional room service, we do ensure that our units are well-stocked with ample supplies tailored to the length of your stay. Moreover, our guest common area is equipped with additional amenities such as extra coffee, cups, towels, blankets, an ice machine, fans, and laundry facilities for your convenience. Regarding the bed, we have furnished it with a memory foam mattress, typically favored by our guests for its comfort. We are surprised to hear that you did not like your unit since you were upgraded to one of our newest 1 bedroom units (with new table, new nightstands, new baseboards) on the busiest night of the year which is December 31st . The upgrade was done 10 days prior to the onset of your stay. The room upgrade was also discussed and agreed upon with you prior to the upgrade. We wish that you had expressed your dissatisfaction with us as our customer service team is well equipped to resolve situations like these very quickly. We hope you can give us another oppurtunity to host you so that we can make up for any poor experience you faced this time.
