It was a peaceful stay for us. The property has all the amenities. Room has a great view of valley & tea farms. Overall great experience.

Great hotel
excellent hotel but a little far from town. There Is a little local village beside and pleasant to walk around to experience local culture. Staff eager to please and property is inviting.

Staff super friendly, room was clean and as pictured. There was a heater in the room to keep us warm at night, but there was no air condition in our room. We opened the windows to get some fresh air, it was perfect until we were woken up by the early morning prayer from nearby monastery.

The staff are great here, they can’t do enough for you. The location, while being away from the main town for us was preferable as it is a short tuk tuk ride away so you can get back to your sanctuary and amazing views if you are lucky to be on 4th floor. Didn’t use the pool, looks inviting but it is in an odd location. The buffet breakfast and dinner laid on a great variety of food - we did not go hungry. Enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful hotel. Very pleasing decor. Hospitable staff. Lovely beeakfast spread. Big and clean rooms. Especially liked the room heaters. Balcony has a beauriful view of tea estates.

Very nice and new hotel, located on a hill with great view. The cleanliness and staff service are up to standard, but some of the facilities are still not in place. Hot water tap in the shower of my room didn't work properly, and the internet is very slow. However, the overall stay we had here is pleasurable.

Nice hotel. Very helpful staff. Mahesh and Stanley went out of their way to satisfy our needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends.
