Great Dune Access Lots of Room
We rented the back and front and enjoyed plenty of space for kids, adults, toys and pets. Very family friendly place! Inside was tidy, outside could have used some pick-up, but was fine. Great fire pit, fun rope swing and fort area! Easy access to the dunes for all levels of riders! Was caught off guard by only having wood heat for the house.....but we made do. Would definitely consider staying again, the good definitely outweighed the not so good (nothing was bad)!

Everything was perfect! We rented the the bunk house along with the property! Lots of parking for all the toys and vehicles! Totally fenced property great for the kids! We had a great time! W will definitely stay again!

Amazing
We had a larger group of family & friends with us this year & this place fit everyone very well. We loved the open area of the kitchen/living room, the huge fenced in lawn for the kids to safely play in without worry. Merv & Eric were very responsive & helpful. We will definitely be back, we all had an amazing time here making memories!

Awesome place
This house is set up very nicely for 8 adults to comfortably share, large kitchen and great room were perfect to hang out in. Dune access from the property was so nice to have. Only complaints are parking area is too small for 3 trucks/trailers especially if you want to unload and maneuver at all. I also didn't get a response from the property manager when I asked about using the outbuildings, the extra parking and bunk space would have been nice. Definitely would like to stay here again

Perfect Location!!
We enjoyed our stay here very much! The location is awesome for playing on the dunes. The house was very clean, and we felt at home. We had a little problem with the back area passcode but we finally got it worked out. The owner/manager was very kind and apologized. We would definitely stay here again if they would have us!

We stayed at this house last summer and loved it so much that we came back again this year. The house is very nice and provides all the space and amenities that we need. The two bunkhouses are perfect for the young people. The property owners are easy to reach and respond without delay. We would like to thank them for sharing this house with us. We will be back!

Dunes and Diamonds what can be better…
Just amazing!! Location was perfect. Home was comfortable and had everything and more!! We’ve stayed at many homes but this home had it all!!! The kitchen was amazing. We loved the fire pit, easy dune access, comfortable furniture and ease of stay!! Thank you for having such a great place so our family could make memories!! Our youngest daughter was proposed to and accepted!! We are so excited to welcome another son to our family!!! We will be back!!!

For dune riders, this is an ideal property, with easy dune access from the property; has a fenced yard for a dog and security for your equipment; home is comfy and well-equipped. We enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor seating areas. Thank you!

Nice place, but limited parking
We were under the impression from reading the property description that there was "Plenty of additional parking and privacy...Gate on the Circle Loop entrance provides additional parking". However, when we inquired about how to access the other parking, we were informed that we would have to rent the bunkhouses too (so, we would have had to pay an additional $65 per night and a cleaning fee just to park the trailers there). We had two F-350s with 28 foot trailers and four side-by-sides. The parking was very tight. Originally another couple was supposed to join us, which would have meant another truck and trailer, with another side-by-side. They would not have fit in the driveway. This really does not make any sense, since the area is not used unless the person that booked the house also books the bunkhouse(s). Other than that, we had a nice stay and would definitely consider staying again, but only if we had enough people that we needed the bunkhouse(s) also so we had enough parking.

What an incredible place to get away
My family used this property to host an event and I could not say anything nicer about this property. Plenty of room to park with a smaller group up front, but with the bunkhouses you get an amazing amount of parking to utilize as well. Access to the dunes is incredibly easy to get to, and runs perfectly along a route that runs directly to the beach. Could not recommend this place more - we'll be staying again in the future!

A Birthday Blessing!
For the past 4 years, we have come to stay near North Bend for our grandson's birthday. This year he turned 17. We celebrated him and rode 4-wheelers and CanAm's and just had a relaxing great time. This house and bunk houses fit our need and was well supplied. Thanks so much for helping us make memories!

Family Christmas getaway
when we arrive the house it's very nice and clean and the weather was great. Then we check the house to make sure no damage , we found the two couch they have damage , so I took a picture and send to Eric and let him know . And I'll try to fixed but my needle is not strong enough to go thru the leader materials . Then the next day we have a bad storm they knock down some telephone poll and electric poll . So we don't have power for 24 hours and no water to plush the toilet. The good thing we brought with us our motorhome , so we use our fire wood and bottle of water to drinks from the motorhome . We cannot get out the place because , they close the road so they can fixed the power line . But the telephone still shot down , I don't know for how long . Other than the place was excellent very close to dunes and very quit area . We will come back again in the future. We clean the place before we left and we misplace our cellphone it's iPhone and the key. I'm hoping someone will return the iPhone to us , and we got the key Eric and his crew mail it to us. Thank you so much for the key. The iPhone cellphone still missing until now.

Love this house
We love staying at this house we stayed there last year and this year and we have it booked for next year. This year is the only time that we've had any issue whatsoever but I think it has something to do with the well system and the toilets seem to have a problem on the last day before we left but other than that great home great owners and I'm sure the issue is just a minor thing that needs to be taken care of.

Vacation with the big kids!
We needed a place to bring Mom & Dad’s friends along with the young adults - we found it! Not the very best sleeping arrangements but a close second. Nice big kitchen and lots of parking. The only thing missing is a hot tub!!! Lol. Thank you Erik & Merv. We had a great vacation.
