They had scheduled maintenance on the pool before my stay booked and yet still advertise and sold the unit as if there was a pool. Never said anything about the pool closed. When i went to check in an saw there was no pool i asked to cancel,only to find out they already took the money off my card with out telling me. When i asked for a manager (on a busy saturday) i was told there was no management on site or available over the phone. Waited till monday to get a message from them saying they would not give me my money back. I never even saw the room. Never got a key. 4 other people in the lobby were asking for refunds cause their rooms were dirty and no one was informed about the pool situation. They could have messaged me at any point days before the 4pm cancellation policy took effect to inform me that the advertized pool service would not be available and they did not. Convinently on their busiest day of the week no management was available to deal with a major issue that they knew would need to be dealt with because again this was a schedualed maintenance that they had planned on the pool. This was intentional mis managment and fraudulent charges seeing as they waited till they can hide behind their "cancelation policy" to steal peoples money when they dont have a service that they said they have. And no manager to deal with it either. Crooks

I booked this hotel because of the pool and when I get there they told me that the pool was closed! Thankfully Expedia move my reservation to another hotel and I was able to enjoy my stay with my kids in another hotel with pool!

The hotel is run down, dirty, (even the room door), bugs in the room, it smelled moist. Lots of pets, so all you could hear was barking. The parking lot looks like a construction site, yet $7 for parking. This is basically a run down motel for people that have a limited budget or just need wherever to stop. Wouldn't recommend it at all. I checked in and within 30 minutes I checked out. Would not have felt clean or comfortable laying my head there for ANY period of time. The online pics are very deceiving. I'd give 0 stars if possible

Stayed one night. Staff were friendly. The parking lot needed a bit more work to make the ground more even as there were many large puddles (it was raining hard during our stay). Liked that there were nearby restaurants and activities that avoided the “tourist tax”.
