The location is great... easy access to everywhere. I would suggest some cosmetic renovations (bathrooms) to get an overall rating of 5 stars from my side. The internet service works well, however the TV cable does not. I will stay there next time when I am in Niagara Falls again. I would recommend it.

I visited this property during the 2024 solar eclipse when Niagara Falls was sold out. This property had the integrity not to gauge its customers by not raising their rates during this time. The room was clean and when my shower didn't work, they attended to it immediately. The service was very good during check-in.

The condition of the hotel is old even can’t expect too much in this price but there was something scratching in or out side the ac on the wall and it was really loud, the noice stops after few tap or knock on the ac, strange

It is very close to all the tourist spots but somehow this one building lot and building is the sketchiest. You're constantly checking your car and keeping your belongings safe. I walked into an noisy incident that was disturbing all the guests and the reception was rude and didnt care to handle it or ask the noisy non guests to leave. Not a place to stay, even at cost.

Front desk lady was really nice. I got the honeymoon sweet just for the jacuzzi. Breakfast would’ve been nice but given how cheap the room was, understandable. Lots of additional fees when I got here. Pet fee was $34 including tax and there was a parking fee of like $11 for the one night I stayed. All in all though, this was a nice stay

I have a worst exeprience at the lodge we booked a honeymoon suite with hot tub. We had a worst experince. In the night water leakage from tub we had to change the room in the middle of the night. In the other room hot tub was bot clean and found insects. I also got bacterial infection later on. Could you convert this message to more professional

It was so hot in our room, and the jacuzzi was half broken. Kinda felt like the ghetto. However, the service was great, very friendly staff. Great location and price.

There was continuous raid of ants coming from the trim surrounding the jacuzzi. There was black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and big cockroaches found in room.

Worst hotel ever
Worst hotel I've ever stayed. And the staff was completely rude. Dishonest, and they seemed money hungry. The room smelled like wet mop. Had centipedes and I woke up with bites all over my body. So I'm assuming they had a bed bug problem. Highly recommended not to stay there. Save your Money and stay somewhere a lot cleaner and more welcomingmoney, stay somewhere a lot cleaner.

The bed and bedsheets was smelling bad. Some bugs bit my children and have swollen bumps all around their face. People with children must avoid. Adults can manage , but the smell is horrible

Get what you pay for but the owners need to invest in clean sheet and duvet. Covers were stained with blood and urine. Received refund as they had no hot water either. Owners were super nice & accommodating.

We are happy the staff is very accomodating.. when we requested to change room as we needed kitchen coz we have toddler. He was been helpful and he gave us what we requested for. We had a good sleep. The room is spacious. Very convient. This place is good for a family who needs to cook for the kids. Would surely recomment. Budget friendly.

Easy accommodations for relaxation
A friendly, very clean and comfortable hotel to stay at with very good pricing. It's not the Ritz-Carlton but pretty close. Also close to the Falls and Fallsview Casino with a great views of all the way more expensive hotels you could've stayed at if you weren't so cheap.

Filthy and unsanitary. We were presented with a room that was a veritable biohazard. Urine stains on walls and bedding. Mold all over the bathroom. Bathroom window broken and the sill rusted out. Trash in the open and under the stairs on the property. People loitering. I immediately asked the front desk to cancel my reservation. I have not been refunded because of their cancellation policy and in spite of the unacceptable conditions this property is in. Stay away.

The staff were very friendly! I like this property because it’s far enough out of the city to be away from the drunken screaming people but it’s close enough that it’s walkable to everything you need to be at; will definitely be back! :)
