“Loved this hotel ! Close to everything!”

We really loved this hotel!! Our room overlooked the falls and had a wonderful view!! The suite was excellent because it gave our teenager space to stay up later than us and extra privacy! The hotel was a small walk to the incline railway which took you to Tablerock the Activities center for Niagra Falls!! Purchase the Great Norge Adventure, we loved the Maid of the Mist, Journey Behind the Falls and the White water walk. We also went to the IMAX theatre and the Dare Devil Museum, Rossi's glassblowing and spent our last afternoon at Niagra on the Lake. If you get a chance visit Fort George, which is a 30 minute drive at the most and go to the Pellar Estates, winery on the way back. Everything was wonderful about Niagra Falls Canada!!! WE will come back one day!! Food is expensive so be prepared to spend alot in this area.

“Great hotel with a great view of the Falls”

Location, location, location. Incline Railway is directly behind the hotel, or you can walk down to them in 10 minutes. Great observation deck on the 14th floor! Staff was pleasant, helpful. Rooms were great. Two minor complaints..sleeper sofa was a twin, we needed at least a double, so ask for clarification. Getting to the hotel there are 3 separate Enter signs for the Oakes Hotel. Each sign is with a separate parking lot, so you have to either back out or drive around the lot to get back on the busy street. You want the very LAST one that says REGISTRATION. Vinny's is a great place to eat. Avoid the $6.99 all u can eat b'fast across the street....food selection is extremely limited.

“Cheap but Good”

This hotel is located good place. I can walk white house, mounument, museums, Capital house. I can park on the road. There were enough space. It gives me breakfast and internet. It has a kichen also. It gave me every thing but some old. That was good itself.

I stayed at 20th story. It had a fantastic falls view. My family want not to go out but to stay in the room. But it is so old. I was confused because they asked me to pay parking fee $20. I dind't know that before checking out.

“Spectacular view”

Hotel was not fancy, but adequate and clean. What made it spectacular was the breathtaking vew of the falls from the room. The closeness to area attactions and restaurants was also a plus. Overall, a very satisfying trip!

“The best in Niagara”

I could command a whole view of a waterfall from the room, and it was the best view. The price is low, too and wants to use it again.

The view was the best,Better than you could dream.We had a great time and were treated like KING & QUEENS.I will go back and stay in this hotel again.Spend the $$$ on floors 9 and up,It is worth every penny.

“Oaks Hotel overlooking the falls.”

We stayed in this hotel while attending the Ice Wine festival in Niagara on the Lake, This hotel is convient for the Niagara falls area. Besides it looks directly over the falls and has a perfect view across the falls all the way to New York. It is very clean. The staff is pleasant. Desk staff always pleasant when greeting you. The indoor pool is open until 11 p.m. every night. The hotel is located centrally so you can walk to the casino and restaurants next store. Plenty of places to choose from for dining pleasure. Night clubs next store as well. The rooms are clean and large. We always stay here when in the area. The rates are always reasonable as well. The only problem is the housekeeping staff did not empty the coffee pot after we used it. But they did supply us with more coffee, Just an oversight. Nothing major. we recommend this hotel for its value, as well as the fact it is always clean and you can even swim in the winter!

“Best vacation ever!”

The hotel room was great! Very roomy. Bed was very comfy. Being able to see the falls from our room, especially at night, made the vacation that much better. It was pouring rain during the fireworks over the falls, but we enjoyed the show right from our hotel window. Great location. Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Amazing Falls view Dollars Cheaper than surrounding hotels”

The Hotels view of the falls is amazing, Perhaps even a better view then the Marriott or Sheraton Hotels next to this hotel, at a much better rate. The $20 guaranteed view of the falls is worth the money if that is what you are seeking, specially if it's your first time in Canada. We stayed in the 11th floor. The Pool, and the gym were not all that, but the immediate area is located in the heart of everything two blocks in each direction all is within walking distance. There is plenty of restaurants across the road that offer buffet, next door you can order and if you show this hotels card they will honor 10% off.
