Pros: Location
Cons: See above

Courtyard area very much in need of renovations, very tired and dirty looking. Room although adequate had issues with shower. Exercise equipment all broken.

It was okay. Hotel still seemed to be under construction in some areas, the room was okay, Nothing special. 14th floor observation area had a nice view. I have no real complaints about the hotel it was just mediocre. Everything seemed the bare minimum to look decent.

The room was fabulous.

Posted 28-Jul-2014
Pros: Close to everything
Cons: window coverings ...facing other hotel. Curtains were not long enough to cover the entire window
Location: The location was right smack in the center with a fabulous view of the falls. I would definitly stay again

No falls view, price was to expensive.

Staff are very friendly, but hotel is over priced. With no view. You pay for parking as well in the hotel lot.

Not what we expected

Posted 26-Jul-2014
Pros: Location to Niagra Falls - just across the street. OK for families.
Cons: Interior decor and maintenance. Swimming pool attention.
Location: Niagra Falls - great vacation.
Spent 2 nights here in a room on the 6th floor facing the falls. Paid extra for the "falls view" even though we weren't high enough to see falls from our room window. The corridor, at least on the 6th floor, was in disrepair. The baseboards had been torn out and the walls needed paint. It reminded us of an old apartment building interior. The room was nice, especially the bathroom, however the toilet did not flush sometimes. We went to use the indoor swimming pool assuming towels were provided. It was 4:00 PM and the towel cabinet was empty, and the towel hampers were overstacked with used towels. And parking was $20 per day, which we felt was excessive.

Hotel had no restaurant or coffee in room.

Posted 26-Jul-2014
Pros: Concierge was very helpful.
Location: Lots to do nearby in Niagara.
Wanted room overlooking the falls and it wasn't. Bump my head several times on a railing that was to low. No coffee in room or hotel. Bad look out from room.

The picture is misleading

Posted 24-Jul-2014
Pros: The staff and the pool as well as the location
Cons: Change the picture, don't advertise one thing and give another, just be honest that the rates are reasonable but the rooms reflect that reality.
Location: close to the falls and the rail down the cliff lots of restaurants, and shops. Not super close but a nice walk to the boat ride, and the midway.
If you paid extra for the Falls View given the picture in the add let me tell you it is very misleading. First we were on the third floor, so we saw the parking lot, although that is the luck of the draw isn't it. No fault there, however the room was nothing like the picture it is clearly a much older hotel, while very clean the beds were uncomfortable and washroom was so tiny with two beds in the room it was NOT a place you can change in, so you better not have teenage girls with you trying to get ready in the morning, the sink and counter and blow dryer are in the room not the washroom. Clearly it is a not a chain more like a mom and pop shop, the staff are very very helpful and friendly, the rates were reasonable, and super close to the falls, which made the fireworks show easy to get to etc. There were lots of restaurants and facillities close and the pool was nice. There was a discrepancy between what I reserved the room at with Expedia and what the hotel charged but the staff at the hotel honoured my reservation (I had to prove it with paperwork though, which I had). When you book it tells you there are charges and fees ($84 in my case for example for things like a fridge, yes there are fees but no fridges in the room oddly? Don't think that those fees include parking either because they do not! We had fun and we had shelter while in the Falls but as I said the room was quite disappointing.

Excellent view

Posted 24-Jul-2014
Pros: The View and the very clean room
Cons: cant think of anything
Location: The Falls, beautifull flowers, easy access to the falls. The shops and more shops and lots of restaurants but they are pricey
We were so impressed with the view from our room on the 13 th floor. We could see all the falls from the room as if you were down there by the water.
