I had a graet sleep no tossing and turning and the washroom had a jacusy.

We found the hotel to be excellent. The view was spectacular and it was convenient to the falls and surrounding area. Rooms were clean and large. Would definitely go back and stay there.

The view from the hotel room was fantastic. It is great that they are affiliated with two restaurants and they provided transportation to the restaurant that was right where all the main attractions are. Their prices are competitive.

“Graet Stay”

Very clean, nice sized room, all in all a great hotel. After we checked out, we realized that we left a cell phone in the room, so we called the front desk and they were able to retrive it instantly. Great service!!

We stayed in a room with a King size bed and jacuzzi. We were completely satisfied with the room. It was close to all Niagara attractions and we had a great view of the Falls.

We have stayed at the Oakes Hotel twice now and we would go back again. The rates were reasonable and the Falls View rooms have one of the best views of both the Canadian and American Falls. We like that the hotel is not big and busy like some of the other hotels in the area but is convenient to everything. The service was good from the check in to the housecleaning.

“Fantastic view of the falls”

Our room was on the eleventh floor and had a great view of both the Canadian and US falls. The location was good, with lots of restaurants nearby, relatively close to the attractions at Clifton Hill and the Maid of the Mist landing. The room itself was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was is good condition, clean and we had a jacuzzi tub, which was great. At check-in, we got some coupons and discounts to use at nearby restaurants, such as the Applebee's right outside. The pool area was okay, though not that great, but there was a hot tub and sauna. The fitness room also was not very impressive and was hot (no AC?), but at least there were a couple of ellipticals, bikes and some yoga mats, but that was about it. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Oakes Hotel and the view of the falls from our room was definitely the best part of it. Would stay there again in a similar room.

“Tried Many Hotels, Wish We Would Have Tried This One First!”

Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls had a beautiful view of both falls and the real catcher here.... FREE parking.... Right across the street at the Embassy you pay $20 a night and tip a valet to get your car ..here you can get your car within minutes of when you want it by yourself no waiting ...The rooms were very nice as well ...I would go there again for sure.
