When we first arrived, there was an incident with a lady in the elevator that was uncomfortable and we were questioning our safety in the hotel, however the hotel staff dealt with it promptly and restored our confidence in staying. :) We stayed here for our girls trip and it was a wonderful stay. We found the hotel comfortable, quiet, clean and affordable. None of us where ready to leave at the end. My daughter loved the pool and hot tub which was a nice bonus to the trip. The hotel is minutes from the falls by foot and right in the middle of lots of great restaurants. For being on a busy street I didn’t notice any noise at night. We will definitely be staying here again.

Room was good size for me and my family balcony was a plus being on the main strip was a bit noisy check in was a breeze pool great kids loved it i think paying 20$ for parking for a property im stayin at is alittle to much for such a small hotel its not the Hilton and that 20$ a day 5-10$ is reasonable but should be free considering it gets overly packed and connected with the Dennys so if u decide to leave in ur car good luck gettin a spot when you come back when checkin out i asked if i could leave my car there for an hour 2 to finish off the rest of my trip before i head back to toronto from Victoria long weekend i was rudely answered with no we get really busy i highly doubt that at 11 am in the morning after i payed hundreds to stay plus 20$ a day to park and still had my pass but overall my stay was good

Poor receptionist not welcoming. We arrived late on Wednesday after 8pm aftrr a long day of work. We asked her to make a late check out whilenyhe hotel is empty. She received us with a flat face and refused on the spot. That is always done in other hotels i came yo spend a night or two but its first time for me in Howard.

Front desk attendant was nice at check in. The hotel is walking distance to Clifton Hill and to most attraction. Rooms are newly renovated and clean. Parking is easy and fee is reasonable. Will definitely be booking again on our next visit.

Very nice welcome to the hotel. We were upgraded to a honeymoon suite. Quiet and very conveniently located for restaurants and Clifton Hill. Lots of parking available. There is a fee for nightly parking. Staff are friendly and efficient.
