This hotel should have more stars. Not only was the check in experience extremely accommodating. My expectations were exceeded with the room. Hard wood floors is such a smart idea for a hotel. The sheets and bathroom were presented with good quality. And the room had great space given the price. Will be using next time I come back

It might be because our room was for from the wifi hub but our wifi in room 605 was hit and miss if we had internet access But we were not there to be on a computer but did search at times for package deals that the Falls offer and looking for dinner menus

I have experienced this, whenever we booked it through Expedia.ca we aren’t getting the best room / service at any hotels of IHG / BestWestern / Wyndham. Don’t know why but today also we received the main level room specially with adult kids I feel we should have got better option…not close to the back entry and main floor. Thanks.

Every staff member we encountered, from front desk to housekeeping, were incredibly friendly and helpful! The building and room were clean and comfortable, though sound does carry very easily through the walls and we could hear full conversations from the room next door. The only concern was that the back parking entrance did not require key card entry and anyone could enter the building and walk directly upstairs to the rooms without being noticed, and felt like a safety issue.

Very good location. Onsite casual restaurant. Free parking is unusual in Niagara Falls Canada. Room updated and very spacious. Jacuzzi tub had some jets not working, but was still good. The property shows some wear and tear but is still very good

For the price point, it was an excellent hotel for a quick getaway to Niagara Falls. I love the free parking, the proximity to the casino and the falls, and the balcony. The rooms are clean and newly renovated. They were able to check us in early at 1 PM which was great.

Overall, great stay! Convenient location. Short walking distance to the strip. Hotel is older. Walls seem paper thin as you can hear others easily. We stayed in room 202. Water pipes rumbling when turned on by other rooms. Again, good stay.. just noisy.
