The poperty is a bit dated and needs some renovation. The website says that its being renovated, but I saw no sign of it. The staff was outstanding and went out of their way satisfy our needs. The hotel was a great value compared to all the other hotels in the area and the location is a great getaway from the tourism craziness.

Property is near to fall and opposite to white water walk. Rooms are clean but curtains are not maintained properly. Breakfast was good in this price.

Great breakfast options, Value for money.
It's around 35 mins walk to Niagara falls. So be prepared to pay for parking both at property & around the falls.
Microwave is only available at the ground floor - which needs to be atleast one in every floor.

Carpet near the beds were fully wet. Washroom condition was unacceptable, no drinking water and it says the room sleeps 5 but it is for only 4.

The faucet was leaking, the window and walls were dirty, toilet seat need to be replaced. The bed were comfortable. The staff are very friendly and breakfast are great for children. Unfortunately the pool and arcade area were closed.

The property has air conditioning that did not work. The room was too hot. The pool, gym and restaurant were closed for renovations. They still charge for parking and resort fees

The office staff wasn't very welcoming. We had to ask for an additional bed when it was already included in our booking.
However the restaurant staff (and the food) was great.
